You should see some changes today/tomorrow.man! i'm so frustrated! still says it's in process and my card hasn't been charged yet! i ordered it roughly at 3:15am EST on 9/14!! verizon rep told me it's going to ship out on the 21st....i think she knows nothing! someone give me some comfort haha
I'm another 9/26 date lol. I was upset at first, but then a little glad because I added a new line and I plan on switching to my number.
Worried about how the switching will go since I know in the past when I upgraded and switched an LTE phone to my number I had to use two different sim cards and that was only two months ago, now they are telling me I only need one nano sim card.
This way I'm able to view the activation mistakes of others and be prepared for it.

Hi guys I just got off the phone with VZ customer service.
Don't know how much this will help but here's my situation.
I ordered around 12:15 am PST time on 9/14
Got my confirmation email at 12:30 am
Location #: W779001
Finally my card was charged at about 5pm yesterday.
My status is "Your Order Has Been Sent For Processing"
and it says it will ship by 9/21/2012
I called today to see if everything was going smoothly.
I was told that it will ship out tomorrow 9/19.
So I should have my tracking information by tomorrow
2 day shipping
Arrives 9/21
Just have to wait patiently for now![]()
Your information is very consoling! I'm worried there may be an issue with my billing because of a missing letter on my address, and if it's true that it can be reverified for an overnight delivery, that would be fantastic!

I called and they told me not to worry that I'd be getting it on the 21st since I ordered on the 14th an hour after EST time preorder opening.

Most likely not on launch day they won't have enough in stock. But you have 14 days to do that, although you have to pay $35 restocking fee.I preordered a white 16g and it's on it's way here on 9/21. I decided I want a 32g instead, so is there a way I can just go to my local Verizon store and trade my 16g out?
I doubt you have anything to worry about. I mean its a charge from Verizon, reputable company. Not like its a $600 charge from "VENDER 001" or something. I think it will be okay... Im just getting anxious....

Yeah my AMEX card is showing Cellco Parternship but it didn't get flagged luckily.When my Amex charge got flagged for fraud is didn't say Verizon at first. It said the following:
Transaction Date: 09/17/12
Merchant: CELLCO PARTNERSHIP
When I called AMEX only then did it say Verizon.

I placed my order around 10AM eastern time 9/14. My email says 9/21 delivery (and online status shows 9/21 ship), but the status hasn't changed from "order is in process" since I placed my order.
I have no pending charge on my card, but called my CC company and they had no holds or fraud alerts. I called Verizon over the weekend and they said all was fine.
But I'm starting to wonder why I don't have tracking yet.
