Am I the only thinking like "Damn Verizon, couldn't you have paid for guaranteed morning delivery?! Now I have to wait until 3pm at the latest!!" LOL

yeah.... I feel like being one of the 1st to preorder, we should get them a day before all the crazy people waiting in line or something.... or at least early morning delivery.

im just thankful i was able to preorder before midnight, and that verizons website wasnt laggy. oh and no deposit when switching to vzw. wahoo

yep!
fedex is usually here no longer than 9AM.. but I'm sure it will be closer to 3 with all the iphone deliveries
 
I placed mine over the phone when business support opened, because the crazy business account system didn't recognize our phone plan. I got a confirmation email, but without the MBxxxxx number, just a preorder number. I finished the phone call around 8am on 9/14

Seeing as how not one single person ordering from a business account, either on the phone or internet, has reported any indication of shipment I am starting to have my doubts that Verizon will come through with a 9/21 delivery.
 
The address in my shipping confirmation is still missing the last two digits of my apartment number, even though I called Verizon about it before it shipped. :confused: Does anyone else have this problem or do I need to call FedEx, too? :(

I haven't seen any updates either... 2 new lines and 1 upgrade, all to southern california, all 64GB Black. Only "awaiting inventory" with an expected delivery date of 9/21 on the Verizon b2b site. None of my order info works for other status pages.

My ATT Premier orders have shipped :confused::p

fedex won't do anything, they have to hear it from verizon

Still no update at all. No charge to my CC - called Discover. They said they saw the initial pre-auth charge from 9/14 but it has since been removed and nothing else charged. No fraud alert flagged.

No update on Verizon's side for anything. The lady on the phone told me that my phone would ship on 9/21 and that I would get it Monday or Tuesday. Total BS considering my confirmation e-mail states a deliver by date of 9/21.

This is the first and last time I pre-order anything from Verizon. They better overnight ship if they ship tomorrow!!

Going to call them AGAIN tonight if I don't receive anything. I'm not holding my breath on this one.

Did you call the internet sales department? I wouldn't freak out yet...they could easily send them out on Thursday and get it to you Friday.

Did you use the small business portal website or order by phone? Get an MBxxxxxxxxx equipment upgrade number when you ordered? When did you order and when did you get shipping info? Was it e-mailed to you?

I had to give her both our MB numbers, and she confirmed that they will be delivered on 9/21. I am in the same boat as every biz customer with online reporting "Awaiting Inventory", so I feel much better now.

There would have been no way they could have guaranteed morning delivery with all the shipments they have. Be happy if you get it by 3pm.

I did call them this morning actually - not helpful either. They told me if it's not out by today then I won't be receiving it on Friday. If they do overnight tomorrow I won't mind - I just want it Friday!

I also asked if there were any delays with the White 64gbs as that is what I ordered and she said there wasn't and that everything seemed fine with my order.
 
My times are two minutes from yours.. I think our iPhones are on the same truck or within 2 minutes of each other on the conveyor belt.

Prob the a different pallet of phones but same truck/plane it arrived on. Fed Ex and UPS must be busting their buts like it's Christmas time with all the iPhones going out.

I didnt order through any special business portal, I ordered through verizonwireless.com/iphone , selected "existing customer" and then signed in with her business account credentials. I preordered at 3:05am EST. The email confirmation I received did not have any MB numbers. My order number is: 16XXXX. I received shipping info yesterday, it was emailed to me. The order confirmation says "Hi, <mothers business name>, etc."

Good deal, thanks for the info. It sounds like you probably don't have a plan through Verizon Small Business and instead have an individual or family plan in you mother's business name.

oh mines austin, i used to live in salt lake. i love the way you guys have your grid system. so easy to give directions and find your way around. brilliant.

we moved to salt lake from out of state last year and was pleasantly surprised by that :)
 
Very excited to see my tracking number come through for my three iPhones this morning. I got the email with the tracking info about 12 hours after I saw the charge show up on my Amex. Delivery is scheduled for Friday through FedEx, just like everyone else who's posted about their shipping status on this thread.
