Verizon iPhone 5 Preorder Status Thread

I got that sense when you were asking about a magical business portal and MB #s. Wish I could have helped.
I have the iphone 5 enroute, it is a wedding gift for my fiance. So far i have been able to keep it a secret. I hope I can get the package delivered without her realizing it!

You are overthinking but it does not help to make sure that the address is correctly formatted.
Problem with charge or anything of that nature CALL VZW Customer service (*611 or 800-922-0204) and ask to speak to a rep in the COOS department (Credit Order Operations Support) they are great and really able to assist. If the CR rep wont transfer you, you may wish to ask your CC bank to help you reach out to them as the COOS dept is who the CC companies deal with most times.

saturday delivery
Just throwing this out there, as I ran into this when awaiting the new iPad on launch day. Apple did not purchase the Saturday delivery option (which is not basic service, its an add-on), so you could not pick up from Fedex on Saturday, even if they are open. Pick up on Saturday is only for items that paid for the Saturday delivery service.
If you miss your delivery on Friday, you will have to wait until Monday. Or get in your car and find the delivery man.

Does anyone know how to find the location of your warehouse if you know the location number? I have my location number but my phone is not yet listed as being shipped. I'm curious to find out where exactly it is. My orginal estimated delivery date was 9/26 so I"m not expecting it yet.
Not sure, mine is expected to ship 9/26 and I am still hoping to get it Friday if im lucky... what is your location code, I have yet to find someone with the same one as mine. M013001

That's what I mean, it was parked for awhile in West Chester, PA and now it transitioned to Coatesville, PA lol. I'm in Chicago but at least I know it's moving somewhere then being parked still lol. So stoked.
Yup same here I don't expect to see it move till Thursday night but it could happen tonight. FedEx can ship to most places in 1 day and they are placing iPhones at major distribution hubs all over the country so they can hit everyone with overnight delivery. Thus reducing the chances they deliver phones early.
not true, several reps from fedex told me that with my shipping service that is used, you can pick it up on saturday after the failed delivery attempt..
and last year with new ipad, i got mine just fine on friday because i had it sent to my work, but my roomate had his sent home. he went to the hub on saturday and picked it up.
going and picking something up is not at all the same as it being delivered on Saturday.
I ordered at 11am EST on the 14th and all I have gotten is the confirmation e-mail and an expected delivery date of 9/26... where are you located?

yea mine was in West Chester too, early this morning it arrived at the local FedEx in Elizabeth about 10 mins from me (staten island)..hopefully they send them out tomorrow for delivery but i'm sure itll be friday
Encountering the same thing. I just got off the phone with the local verizon store and he is saying "iconic" orders are not shipping until the 21st...I think they're so backed up that they can't really say anything exact.
How-to obtain more information on your order
For those that had the status set to "Your order has been sent for processing", and are existing Verizon customers,
you can get more information on your order by:
1- login into your account
2- Click My Verizon
3- Click View Profile
4- Click View Documents and Receipts
You should see a link named "Equipment Purchase", click it.

Just called AmEx and my card was run for the test $1.00 to make sure the account was good by Verizon so I am feeling a little bit better. The rep for AmEx did say that it was the second call he had about the Verizon charges for the iPhones not going through. The business info from Verizon must be taking longer to process. Hopefully we will get some info from Verizon soon!
