I'm still in the same boat as you and just called the internet sales department, the girl told me that everything was ok and that I was just "waiting in the system", that I was going to receive the tracking info email soon. Honestly, I'm also starting to lose hope as well. We'll see.

They have until 10:30 AM tomorrow to get it out the door and you'll receive it on Friday. There have been no indications that Verizon won't be able to deliver all the orders marked 9/21 on 9/21. I wouldn't worry until tomorrow afternoon.
 
I am here in Brooklyn, NY and the location on my confirmation is also D771001 with order number within 16XXXX range. Also no updates aside from confirmation e-mail. Hopefully this hub is somewhere in NYC or close by and VZW is trying to save on shipping by sending them ground. In any case, I will call Verizon if I don't get any updates by tonight. Has anyone else from this hub seen any updates?

i also live in Brooklyn and last night they finally charged my account and i received tracking around 11am today.
 
I used (866) 338-7390 to call. I needed to provide my name, last 4 of SSN (just initially, to verify I was who I said I was), and the pre-order confirmation number. I would keep your order email confirmation open when you call just in case.

Dang it. I accidentally told them I wasn't the account holder (my mom) and I am apparently not an authorized user, so they can't tell me anything. But my mom doesn't understand how anxious I am about this, so she basically won't help me do anything with it.:(

I saw when you got your tracking #...just an hour or so after I got mine. Like a lot of other peoples, mine is in Memphis pinging around too. Already printed of my sheet to allow the driver to drop my package.
 
My status is still "we have received your order and it is in process". Ship date still says 09/21. Internet sales person said that they would be processing phones until midnight and would probably adjust my shipping to 1-day but I'm starting to lose hope here. Any words of comfort for me? Anyone else in my position still?

still no notification for me...which is crazy i work for verizon lol...but i got 2 iphones on new contracts a 32 black and a 16 white....i guess we shall see i even preordered before we opened the store on the 14th lol

Yea mine said arrived in Nashville around 2:42. It says there is a future delivery hold so I won't bother calling to try to get it early

North Jersey. Ordered a black 34 and a white 16. Still in the "We received your order and it is in process..." with an expected ship date 9/21. My confirmation email said deliver by 9/21 and I ordered around 8:30 on the 14th. $1 charge on my amex.

Literally been checking this constantly since then to make sure they didn't push me back to a later date (is that sad?).
