hi guys!
boy this is stressful!

does anyone have their order in location D020301? and if so did it ship yet? i ordered my phone at 9 am on friday 32gb black and it says it is suppose to ship the 21st and i am going to have it in had on the 21st as welll! so confused- very concerned- help! i am in NYC
 
My status is still "we have received your order and it is in process". Ship date still says 09/21. Internet sales person said that they would be processing phones until midnight and would probably adjust my shipping to 1-day but I'm starting to lose hope here. Any words of comfort for me? Anyone else in my position still?

Just spoke with a Verizon rep from internet sales that said my order, which currently says "We received your order and it is in process" with no tracking info or credit card charge/preauth, will be updated approximately between 6-8:30pm tonight. They will first charge/verify, then will send out tracking info. There is the possibility this could be delayed into Thursday morning, however my delivery date of 9/21 still is correct. I ordered approx 8:15am eastern time on 9/14.

She said if I don't hear anything by 2pm eastern on Thursday 9/20 I should call back but despite no change in the order status from last Friday, I will still receive by 9/21.

So I am going to not waste any more time sitting here refreshing the order page / checking my billing and just wait till tomorrow. My productivity should increase tremendously...at least in the short term.

Exact same here: Location D771001, Order # 165XXX, in NYC, ordered around 3:03 am EST on 9/14, Verizon status still shows: We have received your order and it is in process, Expected ship date 9/21. $1 pending charge on CC, called VZ yesterday and they said everything looks fine. 64G white btw. I won't panic until tomorrow afternoon though.

I'm curious what the issue is. Lack of phones in stock, or inability to process all of them by the 10:00(ish) time in order to deliver by Friday. You'd think they would know exactly throw many of each are in stock, plug it into the system and once they are gone, dates slip to when stock is replenished. The lack of concrete info makes me think its just a limitation of processing all these orders in a short time.
 
My order is sitting in Elizabeth, NJ also. I think they're all there because Elizabeth is right next to Newark where a lot of shipments will be flown out of. Just my 2¢

Just go to the b2b.verizonwireless.com site, the under Orders, select View Order Status. Mine are still showing delivery on 9/21, but still awaiting inventory. Nothing more since. My business rep said that they should ship on 9/21, but I'm hoping he's wrong and the site is right.

No charges on my credit card except for several 1.00 pending (I'm guessing these are the pre-authorizations).

Has any business customer received a tracking number yet? (ordered for a business, via the business website)
 
How is everyone receiving their tracking info? By email? Cause I haven't got one yet (preordered at 3:00 am EST)
 
Phones TODAY ?

I thougt I saw a post a day or two ago that said many phones would be delivered TODAY and TOMORROW...(Wednesday and Thursday)....did anyone get delivery today?
 
...because I didn't get nay emails or anything. I just looked and Verizon and saw a confirmation but it doesn't even have a confirmation code or tracking info...ugh!

your card will be charged, then after that you will get an email with your tracking. it took me almost 10 hours to get my tracking.
 
Anybody order a white 64 Gb phone and have a order location of D772001, get further than "We received your order and it is in process."

I don't have that location code, but a white 64 was part of my order and it's still "in process". Ordered at 3:30am EST too.:mad:
 
My iPhone has been in transit for 14 hours in Memphis. The dude must be driving around in circles lol

It is a bit odd. I don't recall any of my other shipments out of Memphis doing this. But, having flown into Memphis a number of times, and, knowing that it's Fedex's Hub...I wonder if they have specific iPhone staging areas that the packages are moving to and from. Each scan adds a record to the shipping maniest...just a guess.
