Just wanted people to actually read information they need to read. Clearly they don't read it when its in small font.

Understood. Silly as it is, I think people who haven't received shipping confirmation or tracking numbers yet find some sort of 'community' with others in the same boat. I know I was that way up until yesterday.

You have a good point there, too. I was one of the lucky ones. I bet I'd be freaking the f out if I didn't get any confirmation.

For some reason I looked up my search order and it said expected ship date is 9/20 and the status has been shipped.

But I am confuse because they listed a fedex tracking number but its screwed up like this..... 4 45.. etc
 
The funny thing is I did nothing. I called no one at either VZW or my credit card company or the FedEx/UPS and my order is still on track to get delivered on Friday. Isn't in funny how with just a little patience and not harassing everyone in the process things still get done just fine. Who would have thought?
This is an important point. It's one thing if you actually have to take action-- your card was declined, your charge was picked up on fraud alert, Verizon has to retry your payment, you have to change your shipping address, etc.-- but for everybody else, there's zero reason to get on the phone with Verizon or FedEx or anybody.

Those poor customer service reps-- who I'm willing to bet refer to the same tools we have online to check our own order status-- are probably going crazy from all the phone calls to "verify" the same things over and over again.

FedEx said mine would be delivered today by 3pm...it is still in Memphis lol

SHIP date, as in it will be held until then, then shipped overnight for 9/21 DELIVERY.

Damn I thought I got lucky.

Oh well as long I get it Friday ill be ecstatic since this will be my first Iphone and I no longer have to pray for my Andriod to work.
 
This doesn't work with Verizon....

1. They use FedEx.
2. They didn't assign reference numbers this year!

You're a business customer, we have no knowledge for you, we have yet to see a business customer get a tracking number.


So you can't just use your phone number? Sorry for getting anyones hopes up! By the way how did you know I was a business customer? The overnight shipping?
 
Next time someone asks one of those asinine questions for the umpteenth time, just tell 'me, "See post #4401!" :)



Or, you could just stop reading this thread...who knows, maybe there's some sort of catharsis with posting the same thing over and over again. If it bothers you so much that you had to post in super bold, super large, super annoying font, then just don't read this thread.

It's moving again!

The history from early this morning is back up, for the 19th. It says it's in transit, not sure if this means anything, hope it does :)

All business customers pre-orders are different than ours. Ours never said "awaiting inventory". Good luck.

When did you order? If after 10am-12PM on9/14, then its the 26th.
