Verizon iPhone 5 Preorder Status Thread

I was in the same boat as you, email said 9/26 and order status always said 9/21. Then around 10pm EST, it changed to 'your order has been sent for processing.'
Yeah idk whats going on now.. do you know what time you ordered it? because mine still says we received it and its in process
Why are you skeptical??? FedEx does this for a living. They don't deliver iPhones once a year and shut down. They are experts at logistics and delivering packages just like UPS.
I ordered mine last year and lo and be hold FedEx delivered it on time. SHOCK a company that makes a living off of delivering products got it to me on time!
My order confirmation email came at 10:15am EST on 9/14. Hopefully yours will change soon too!

Mine went to "sent for processing" a couple hours ago. I know many of you are still stuck with the 'awaiting inventory' status, but at least there is hope now! Remember, if you've ever dealt with verizon business side before, you know their tracking doesn't really work that well anyway!

I got most of my stuff from UPS and every order I got from them was a major screw up.
I payed $75 for over night shipping on some rims and didn't get it until a week passed by. So yeah I am skeptical on Fedex simply because UPS advertises on how they are all about logistics.

Hello all dont want to be annoying or anything but im just a little worried I still havent seen any change in my order status. Till now I figured its probably not bad news since a lot of people have been bumped from the 21st to the 26th and mine still shows the 21st so thats a good sign. But now I am worried cuz everyone seems to have tracking info or atleast has a CC charge... I am in location d772001 btw

Sorry it's just crazy how many people are worried FedEx/UPS is going to screw up their orders...I mean I know they make mistakes but if they sucked that bad they wouldn't be in business still.
You're probably fine...orders can get shipped as late as Thursday and get here on time.

Well, my status changed, but still no CC charge or tracking, so don't worry, they know they can still ship out phones tomorrow and make it in time, so they are doing the best they can. Hang in there!
Yes! Preorder status just changed to "Your order has been sent for processing" and there's a pending charge from Verizon on my bank account.

I am in the same D772001 location (in Maryland) and mine finally went to processing just a few hours ago.
I ordered the phone at 7AM EST on the 14th, if you ordered later than me, perhaps they will work their way to you soon. Also, around when mine went to processing, a LOT of other people posted on this thread with the same status change, so perhaps they trigger updates to the database in batches?
Either way, good luck! Hopefully you'll get to stop worrying about this soon too.
Mine is blank as well...the other screen shots I have seen are the same way. I honestly didn't even notice that till you said something lolIs Fedex tracking supposed to list destination info because mine is blank
I know that I have already done that I still get we have received your order and it is process.... still shows shipment as 21st...
If you don't see it change by tomorrow afternoon/evening then you need to be worried. They are still processing orders and will be all night/day tomorrow.

Im guessing Apple is still making shipments to Memphis since millions Iphones are going to Memphis.

Anybody still have a blank delivery date? Mine was the 21st then 10/5. I called and checked with online orders and they said everything was fine (even sent me an email saying that it's being shipped fedex but with no tracking). I still have payment not take yet. Blank delivery date too. Seems online orders is assuring me everything is fine though. Just waiting on that magical email.
