WTF Chase!

I called Chase ahead of time to advise them of my 2 orders and to make sure they let them through. Today I have one that's date changed to 10/5 and the other with tracking. Turns out Chase declined the one that was changed to 10/5. I swear I better have both of them here tomorrow!

anyone in texas, has your phone made it out of memphis and to your local facility yet? mines been in transit since 4 am, i know memphis isnt that long of a trip on a plane. maybe they wont really leave until tonight.

can someone please help me out. all week i have been checking my "ship date" which has been the 21st.......until today it says nothing! i ordered mine in-store at 10am on the 14th. i spoke to verizon yesterday and they told me i was getting it the 21st and now they just told me its shipping the 21st. I cant even get a tracking number. someone please help! thanks

My package seems to be stuck traveling around the Memphis facility.

Flights generally leave your local hub in the evening to go TO memphis. They unload all shipments, then reload all of the shipments worldwide bound for your local hub. The planes typically LEAVE Memphis in the wee hours of the morning 1:00-4:00 and fly TO your local hub, where they unload, put the packages in trucks and deliver. So don't expect to see your package actually depart Memphis until late tonight or early tomorrow morning.
