Has any business account holders received their tracking or shipping info yet?

Yep. And as is usually the case with business customers, I got the shaft again!!! Unbeknownst to me, both of my orders got processed with 2-day shipping. So even though they shipped out today and COULD have been here tomorrow, now I won't get my phones until Monday. *so frustrated* :mad:
 
Confirmed with Fedex my Lot # on my address is missing. Contacted Verizon and they said they submitted the ticket but unfortunately it's too late and to contact Fedex. Fedex won't allow me to change anything unless it's through Verizon. :(

Looks like I'll have to wait to get phone tomorrow night after Fedex says 'incorrect address.'
 
Yes. I just received an email for each of the four iPhone 5s I ordered last Friday.

What time did you order? Do the emails with tracking numbers go to the employees as well or only to the person responsible for the business account?

I just checked my business account and I now have a tracking number and delivery date of tomorrow. I also just got the shipping email.

I didn't get a shipping email. Don't get excited though, they stuck us with 2 day shipping, deliver on Monday.

I ordered at 7am on Friday. I don't have employees' email addresses setup for their individual lines, so I'm not sure.
 
I have a tracking number on the order update page from verizon but no email and it doesn't seem to work on fedex's site. I'm not really worried (the computers are probably on strike/being attacked by tumbeasts) but I was wondering if anyone else had the same issue.

Same, mine says it has been shipped, but its not in fedex system yet. Also not one email confirming anything since this whole process has started.

can someone please help me out. all week i have been checking my "ship date" which has been the 21st.......until today it says nothing! i ordered mine in-store at 10am on the 14th. i spoke to verizon yesterday and they told me i was getting it the 21st and now they just told me its shipping the 21st. I cant even get a tracking number. someone please help! thanks

Sounds like your order just got processed. I would expect that you will get your tracking information some time today/tonight.

I'm with pixpocket, 2-day here. They didn't give me an option, just said it would arrive on 9-21 and my confirmation shows 2-day also
 
My iPhone is on it's way however the apt number was left out. When I called Verizon last Saturday about this, they couldn't add apt number. The only thing Verizon rep could do is cancel my pre order. I told them to keep my pre order .

So today I called FedEx about this and they told me that they can't do anything. FedEx rep said to call Verizon. But as I said Verizon wasn't that much helpful either. Now I'm not sure what to do.
 
I dont hold out much hope anymore for getting mine tomorrow... every date I got says 9/26 even though my order confirmation came through at 11:06AM EST, I haven't seen any CC activity and no tracking of any kind.:(

Mine is chillin at Newark NJ waiting to be delivered tomorrow (hopefully) benefits of preordering it at 3 am lol
 
Here's my situation. Just got the fedex tracking number (phone just left PA for delivery tomorrow) to have the phone delivered to my work address in jersey city tomorrow. The thing is I am now working from home in queens. I already called verizon right away to put in a delivery change request but can I just call fedex to have it changed or do they need to wait for verizon to give them the go ahead.

Also if it does get updated in fedex's system in the next few hrs to have the delivery go to my home address in Queens, what are people's thoughts of me still getting it tomorrow.
 
Did you call discover or verizon? I'd like to push my charge along as quickly as I can :)

Sorry, but I didn't see the question until just now.

I called Discover after they alerted me of the fraud attempt. Cleared the lock and then they assured me that the charge would go through once ran again.

Then I called the Internet Sales number for Verizon and they ran it for me then.
 
My package just departed Newark, NJ. Probably by truck since I live in South Jersey.

I have yet to see the benefits of being a Business customer, we spend far more in total on our bills and still seem to get put on the back burner. I don't get it.
