can someone please help me out. all week i have been checking my "ship date" which has been the 21st.......until today it says nothing! i ordered mine in-store at 10am on the 14th. i spoke to verizon yesterday and they told me i was getting it the 21st and now they just told me its shipping the 21st. I cant even get a tracking number. someone please help! thanks

if it says nothing, thats actually good, it means its probably starting to move. its all shipping overnight so you still have time today to get your information.
 
Anyone have an official tag I can print from FedEx to sign and place outside of door or just write it out? Someone will be home but just in case cause anything can happen, I was thinking of writing a note on top of it stating to ring the door bell first and if no one answers then please leave it there.
 
Still in transit but with a destination to my city!

Just refreshed Fedex tracking, and it now says in transit and shipping information sent to Fedex. My city is now displayed in the destination section. Still no estimated delivery, it said 19th but now its blank. GET OUT OF MEMPHIS TN haha :eek: I can just see them in a cirlce scanning everyones phone through the night ;) Anyone else see at least some movement?
 
My iPhone 5 had an original ship date of 9/21, then it changed to 9/28, then again to 9/26. Now, there is nothing showing up for the ship date. What the **** is going on? :confused: :mad:

I think there is an official form from FedEx but a direct note will work as a signature
 
Question for everyone here. Up until this morning, my order was showing up with an anticipated delivery date of 9/21, though I hadn't received the shipment notification and the pre-authorization charge of $1.00 was sitting on my American Express.

Then, I received a fraud alert from American Express. They left a message because I wasn't getting any cell phone reception (thanks, AT&T). I called them back right away, and they got everything resolved.

Now, however, I see an expected ship date of 10/21 for the iPhone 5. I called Verizon's customer service and explained the situation. They told me that there's nothing I needed to do - when the payment was not pushed through because of American Express's fraud hold, I simply lost my place in line and there's nothing I can do to get bumped back up to 9/21 delivery date.

I know, from looking though the thread, that several other people have had similar fraud alert issues with American Express, Chase, et al. Is this experience consistent with that you were experiencing? Or did you find that you didn't lose your spot in line for 9/21 delivery?
 
Are you sure that case is for iPhone 5, it's my understanding that they haven't been released yet.

there is a whole MacRumors forum devoted to talking about the cases and accessories. Lots of reviews and pics of the new cases. I put up a review and tons of pics of the Otterbox Commuter that I ordered from Amazon for my DH. A lot of places have sold out of their preorder shipment and are waiting until Friday to release more, other websites are just flat out waiting until Friday to show anything. So I have an Otterbox for my DH, now waiting to see cute cases for myself.

So sorry - that is crappy! I had to verify my charge with AmEx, but I did not lose my place in line. Maybe I was able to reach them fast enough so that didn't happen to me.
