Verizon iPhone 5 Preorder Status Thread

pics that just posted.... why isn't the area near the camera, two-tone like on the apple site??

Mine is out for delivery in NJ. My wait just intensified!
 
I went to my local Verizon at 7:30 am today and was #12 in line and I got the white 16 GB and I cancelled my preorder! It's so lovely! Good luck to everyone else getting theirs today!

When did you preorder it? I would think it's way too late to cancel if you preordered it the morning on 9/14.
 
My phone was all over Memphis :eek: Can't wait to get it today, don't know why it's taking so long, Linthicum is like 15 minutes away from me :D

Not sure what you mean by two tone here... Can you post that picture?
 
Mines at the local facility at Hillside, IL, which is 20 minutes from me in Chicago but it's not out for delivery yet and it's already 8:30, I thought they start going out by 8:00 :(
 
The iship.com website seemed to be about 20-30 minutes faster for me on the last few scans than FedEx.com.

The irony here is that if you look at the bottom of the iship tracking page, it says

"iShip, Inc. is a subsidiary of United Parcel Service of America, Inc."

So the shipping website owned by UPS is 30 minutes faster to update a FedEx shipment than Fedex's own website. Go figure.
 
FedEx truck just pulled up!!! But then he walked to the house across the street, got back in his truck and left. What a tease

Very light! Have to work on backing up contacts so I haven't had a chance to activate yet. Also don't want to do much till the screen protector arrives today...but it looks sleek, lightweight, thinner than the old one. Really pumped.

He must have had the Early delivery option for Fed Ex, they gives those out first starting at 8am.
 
FINALLY mine says Sep 21, 2012 8:30 AM At local FedEx facility!! I went away from the computer to get breakfast and came back to this :) Now I gotta wait and see when it goes out for delivery and then decide to go to my class(s) or not.
