Verizon iPhone 5 Preorder Status Thread

My guess is that it depends on which warehouse it ships from. Some have more of a backlog than others... that's just a guess.
 
anyone know how late FedEx delivers? It hit the sorting facility at 6pm local time. Any chance I see it tonight?! :confused:
 
My father insists my iPhone won't ship until the actual October 5th date. If that really is true, that would be so disappointing..

I really hope I get something updated tomorrow. I have waited almost two weeks now.

My phone was scheduled for 10/5 as well, like I said above, it is now at the sorting facility. Still hoping to get it tonight but I'll definitely have it by tomorrow at the latest.

Keep holding out hope, yours might get pushed through earlier than expected too!

No idea if this is good but my thing to check on Verizon's site now says payment not taken but now my ship date changed from 10/05 to 10/19 now at 10/26

Same exact thing happened to me. Went from 09/28 delivery to 10/19 to 10/26 on today. I called they Said it was a system error and there's nothing they could do other than cancel the whole order and start fresh. She said other than that they would have to wait and see what happens with the payment.

I ended up canceling the order and just picked one up at radio shack today. Best of luck on yours. Hopefully they fix it.

I wish I could I live in a fairly small city with one actual Verizon and a few dealers two walmarts and a radio shack or two I've called them all only Verizon had them but sold out they are all saying they won't get any till October sometime anyways :(
 
Ordered mine through Verizon the weekend after the event and it was originally not going to ship until 5 Oct. got an email this morning though saying it shipped. Should be here tomorrow, 28 Sep.

Just updated... Sent for processing. And cc charged.
No tracking Data. Ship Date disappeared.

Hopefully ships today :D

I ordered 11AM-1PM Central on the 16th. Still nothing, just the same thing since I pre-ordered.
 
Ordered from verizon on 9/16. Phone has shipped and will be delivered tomorrow. My first order on 9/14 got cancelled because the automated system could not transfer my number.
