Verizon iPhone 5 Preorder Status Thread

Mine should arrive today (64gb). Order placed on Wednesday last week, FedEx number says it hit my hometown delivery center last night.

Can't wait!

And to the person above me, you're lucky that your local stores have stock. Mine haven't gotten anything since launch day!

I ordered on 9/20 appx 6am with ship date 10/12. And no progress yet. 16gig White.

I doubt you'll have progress till next week. Those promised by 10/5 are just getting their shipping info.
The 16gigs are in too high of demand.

Still no update for me. Ordered evening of 9/15 and still says "received your order and it is being processed" and ship date of 10/5. Hopefully I will get a tracking number today...

Yay! Just after I typed that I pushed refresh on the status page and now it says, "Your Order has been sent for processing" The ship date is blank and still no tracking number, but if I have been following the forum correctly it seems that is a good sign.....right??

My order is still stuck in Que and hasn't moved... Talking with the store whom placed my order is no good... talking with customer service is no good. No one can access the "Iconix system" to even figure out why the order hasn't shipped. Even Corporate Verizon has no idea. Extremely frustrated. The hilarious part is that my sprint order was just delivered. I still have a few days to decide which one I want to keep. Verizon is making it hard to pick them.

Try again, the system will say that if you put the wrong number in the wrong spot or fat finger a number.

i ordered a black 16gb on 9/22. Late, I know.I was given a ship date of 10/19..but some people who ordered later than me seem to be getting bumped up? Is there any chance mine will?? I don't want to wait that long

I ordered WELL before you and still haven't shipped. I am equally as pissed that people who ordered WELL after me have shipped.

Mine was shipped, it is just still in Memphis right now.

Yes it is not working right now. Now I had a VZW agent do this for me. I am picking up at a store but the order was via the .com .

The good news is that the email I received says "deliver by" 10/5.

When I checked prior on the site using my preorder # the site says ship date 10/5.

Just sharing frustration with all the others.

I ordered 9/17 afternoon over the phone with VZW and was given a ship date of 10/5. Went through the terms of agreement and patiently waited as I read numerous others got their phones early. Now it is practically 2 days before the phones are set to arrive and my order is still "in process." No pending authorizations on the CC, no additional emails, and customer service ranges from sympathetic to patronizing on numerous calls.

Just got my pre-auth on the CC and status is changed on VZW.com. How long until the tracking? Ship date is 10/5 - overnight vs. 2-day? What's been happening with y'alls orders?

Some folks get them minutes after their status changes, others take longer.

I didn't get mine until the following morning, about 12 hours after my status changed to "Your order has been sent for processing."

Well I've been waiting for today to be able to order my phone because today was the earliest they would let me upgrade. Thought I'd be able to grab one in store but they sold it over the weekend. Hopefully someone cancels the iPhones on hold that were at the store and my representative will snatch it up for me but I think that is false hope. Joined the LONG line of orders today....

Estimated ship date is 10/26...bitter sweet

23 hours since CC was charged and status changed to sent for processing...still no other updates or tracking number

No one that ordered 16gigs, are getting theirs only.
Only ones coming early are 32 and 64. I ordered the same day as you but I ordered a 32.

On-line status was "Ship by: 10/05/2012"

Credit card processed this morning. Checked status and now there was a place for tracking info and courier... not filled out yet, though.

Pre ordered my White 32Gig 5 on the 21st and initially it said my ship date was 10/19 but the phone has already shipped and will be here 10/4!!!!!!!! So stoked.

jealous but congrats i ordered same dat hipefully minw comes early as well.

This is exactly my case but I did it 36hs earlier and I ordered one white 16Gb..

i order mine a day before you and still no change but it is upsetting to see ordersafter me getting shipped before mine. but no worries just a lil upset
