Verizon iPhone 5 Preorder Status Thread

In Montana, it was at the Verizon store. I don't believe them at all after seeing everyones dates on here, but it is what I was *told* (That it would ship on Oct 5th, ordering it on the 21st).

I did talk to Verizon on their website(last night), they told me it should ship by Oct 16th. What a hassle, stuck with a crappy internet-less phone for 2 more weeks. bleh
 
Got my tracking number and mine is in Memphis, TN. Order says deliver by 10/5 at 4:30. I ordered on 9/15 around 7 in store, and it has said 10/5 from the beginning, so at least it should stick to that!

Just an FYI, I got my tracking number through my email. I just checked my status on Verizon and the ship date has changed to 10/3, but there is no tracking number listed there. Looks like you've got to keep an eye on both.

There was an eight digit number right before the Verizon 1-800 number. The eight digit number had a leading "0." The seven digits after the 0 were my order number. Calling the Verizon business activation number and pressing 0 will get you on the phone with an operator. Give them that seven digit order number and they should be able to give you the status. My CC receipt was the only thing that helped me out since the website I have to use for my company is not that helpful/informative.

Unfortunately I don't have a credit card charge, our equipment upgrade orders are simply included on our monthly statements.

I have a VZB number, a WFO number, an expected ship date of 10/19, and no order status/info. You'd think that the same or better tracking tools would be available for Enterprise customers, but apparently not. The account team did get back to me via e-mail and all they did was re-state my expected ship date, no other information.

I ordered a 32GB White as a new customer (personal) for my wife on 9/20, received it today. This order was placed 9/24 (64GB Black).

Oh well.
 
just got a tracking number. Ordered 16gb black on 9/17 at 8pm. Hopefully you guys get yours soon. Phone is getting shipped from Westchester PA. I live in DE so it should definately be here by Friday.

Has anyone who ordered via Enterprise Center/Enterprise Business received a phone yet? If so, can you track your (already delivered) package and let me know the format of the reference number?

Non-business customers/regular customers have vzw location code + Order Number (i.e. N211601_000046130) ... wondering how it is for Enterprise customers who have VZB/WFO order numbers.
 
I've been trying to get a tracking number update for the last 24 hours

tried calling *611 gave me my tracking number immediately

The website does not update order status and tracking info as it happens, it's delayed

according to Fedex they've have my phone since yesterday

Also you can try tracking by reference.

Ace order location: P****** turned into My FedEx reference number:

PM sent. Reference number was formatted as follows:

XXXXXXX_00XXXXXXX. The second set of numbers (X's) was my order number. I did not have any characters other than numbers/digits in my reference number. I left out the first set of numbers since I'm not sure what it represents. It could be my corporate account number or something else.

I live in maryland, but work in DE. Mine came next day, didn't even take two days. I'm sure yours will be in New Castle, DE by tomorrow morning.

I finally got my tracking number. Should be here Friday. My phones in West Chester, PA and I live 2 and a half hours away in NY. Any chance it shows up tomorrow instead of Friday?

probably not, unknownbeing is two hours away in NY too and his is taking two days
 
Yes I got a shipping notice! It looks like mine is coming Friday by 4:30 from Memphis.
 
Do any of you guys know if the package requires a direct signature when the fedex man arrives or can I leave a note on the door? Me and my roommate both ordered an iPhone 5 were wondering. Cuz we most likely won't be home when it delivers, unless we get lucky.
