They told me that you can either return it to a Verizon store or you can ship it back to them. Still, I think they should fix the order before shipping the phones on the 21st instead of us having to deal with exchanging them.

Still in process for me :(. Hopefully I'll get an email by tomorrow afternoon. I ordered at about 3:10am.
 
boooo i liked it better when everyone was processing..now I have to incessantly refresh order status and thread.
 
Has anyone who ordered from the business site been able to use the https://preorder.verizonwireless.com...cSearchInit.do status page? If so, what did you use for the reference and name fields? My order numbers seem different that everybody else's (Mine starts with MB********)

Mine hasn't worked either.

Edit: Worked now; I was using the "check order status" via the normal Verizon Site - not the business one. Really annoying, but oh well.

I had to order mine through business phone support, so I didn't actually get a MB*** order this time. If you got a confirmation email with a preorder number (doesn't start with MB), then use that. Otherwise, login to my business account, go to orders>View Orders and it should show you the order.

Yeah, I can see it on the View Orders page, but that's not nearly as exciting as the order status page everyone else is using :) All I get is "Awaiting Inventory" with the "Delivered By" date of 9/21. I fully expect that my orders will show up on time, it's just fun to track em...
 
They havent even billed my credit card yet!!! All I'm seeing is one of those $1 verification charges from vzw on Friday, and nothing since.
