Verizon iPhone 5 Preorder Status Thread

This is like my iPhone 4 Pre-Order redux. Verizon almost always uses FedEx. You're best shot would be to follow these steps:
1. Visit FedEx Tracking through this URL: https://www.fedex.com/AltRefTracking?cntry_code=us
2. Locate your location (warehouse) code and your order number using the page here: https://preorder.verizonwireless.com/iconic/iconic/screens/IconicSearchInit.do
3. In the FedEx page, use the following template to find your tracking info: [locationcode]_000[6digitorder#]. Eg: D771001_000192812
That should bring up the tracking page after you fill out your zip code and whatnot. Try it!

I spoke with my Verizon store and they said they are not getting any walk-in iphones. they will only have ones that were preordered.
I was thinking that also..usually they rape on price though..usually like $100 more than apple or Verizon for retail price.
And I still need to go to a Verizon store, because I transfered my number to the wrong phone when buying them. I believe I need to solve this even before I turn them on... Ughhh. I should have paid more attention, but I was so excited and so worried at the moment... Oh well

Basically, the digits have to equal nine. So the empty space would be zero. Yours would be [locationcode]_000012345
No Pre-Auth here either
I have no received a pre-auth on my credit card either. Called Verizon and my order is in a pending system status until they process my order. Apparently there is queue of orders that still need to be processed. I am able to see the order status through the link everyone is using and have been told by 3 different Verizon reps and the online order department that this is normal until pre-orders come out of pending status. I ordered at 10:26 AM Sept. 14th.
According to Verizon those without Pre-Auths should be in the queue awaiting processing.

everyone freaking out about the preauth.. call your bank. my preauth was done for $0..
be specific, i placed the order at this date and time, trying to see if there is a transaction or preauthorization charge. The first banker i spoke to told no there isnt one... then said oh wait its for $0 weird ive never seen one like that. (me either usually its $1)

Has anyone called FedEx to see if they can look up if any packages are being sent to their house? Worked for previous products that I was too impatient to get the shipping info for haha.
