Verizon iPhone 5 Preorder Status Thread

Just got my email saying that my phone has shipped. Card has now been charged too. Looks like they're starting.

Did you order from Apple.com or Verizon.com?

Yeah, that number would be formatted without the underscore. I won't know for sure until I get the reference number from those who claim that their phone actually shipped. I can then try to decode everything from there. It is likely that Apple and Verizon won't provide tracking details until it has been scanned for the first time in the US. They very well could be floating around somewhere in the world.

Apple-shipped phones are floating around Korea and China at this time. They have then hit almost every country in the US just so that it lands perfectly on launch. They cray.

Yup! I got the same message, too.

Now when I go to the link in the email. I am able to pull up my order.

I search by my preorder confirmation # and it pulls up my order #.

Just checked the Verizon Wireless forums and it looks like quite a few are shipping!

Edit: My debit card was just charged for the full amount from Verizon!

I ordered mine around 2:58am Friday morning. Got my confirmation email by 2:59am. Still says mine is "in process."

UPDATE: It was just set to "Your order has been sent for processing."

And the ship date has been removed...

I got my confirmation email from Verizon at 12:00PST. My Preorder detail said until today Ship Date: 9/21/2012. As of today it says:

We received your order and it is in process. Payment not taken yet.
Expected Ship Date: 10/05/201

What?!
