I'm still unable to check any type of order status online, but my card has been charged so I assume everything is on track.

Just waiting patiently on tracking info.

Rhode island ,I have no clue
Haha maybe East Coast doesn't get a letter in front.

If you have a pending charge for the full amount you should be good to go as they only charge you right before it ships.

At one point my ship date moved to 9/28/2012 for a few minutes, I think someone is ****ing with us over at Verizon. Just to be sure I made sure that AMEX didn't flag my charge as fraud, it was all okay.

"We have received your order and it is in process, payment has not been taken yet."
Is what it says now but my 5th delivery date is gone and now blank! Did I get it fixed in time?

Mine says the same thing now. Talked to Internet sales and he says it's fixed. We'll see. If I got it a couple days later no big deal. However, I got up at 2:30 am and places the order minutes after it went live.

I think the Amex website changed but when I bought my rMBP, I authorized something like $3k. I don't see that anymore but then I did "check spending ability" and just put in $1k and it said I was authorized based on my credit limit. Anyway, I'm hoping that might avoid any fraud alerts?

Chase declined my charge!! Idiots!!! I got it all fixed and Verizon said that as long as its the same order number I SHOULD be fine (21st delivery)but she couldn't tell for sure. My shipping changed to the 5th. Anyone have any insight on this? I had my confirmation email @ 2:01 central time, 1 minute after it opened up so I know I have to be one of the first ones.

I feel your pain...Chase screwed me too. VZW helped me over the phone and confirmed a 9/21 delivery for me...but now I don't have a delivery date listed on my order status page.

Anyone know anything about order location 1456901? It's the same order location as my iPhone 4S last year.

I'm excited!

I'm planning to take delivery early in the morning or pick it up and go down to the Apple Store iPhone 5 in hand to pick up Apple Care.

All the people in line: *jizz*:confused::confused::eek::eek::eek::eek:;);):mad::p:p:p

Hopefully FedEx delivers early on Friday. I'll go to the Apple store and troll with my new iPhone 5 :)

If you are worried call AMEX and tell them, I'm sure they can flag your account or something like that so it goes through.

Just got off the phone with the internet order people that were aforementioned...

Even though my fiance paid with her card, and the info doesn't match, the lady said it went through the fraud department OK so her CC was charged, and that my iPhone will be arriving on Friday. She said I will get all my confirmation emails shortly.

I want to repost it because it is damn helpful for those who have been canceled for CC decline reasons. 866-338-7390 "Internet Department"

The hold time has gone up significantly (took me 1 minute at 5 then 25 minute hold at 7) but it is worth the wait. They are the ones at Verizon who know what is up with your order. Just spoke with them for a third time and the guy finally realized what the issue was, for some reason they had my old billing zip code.
