I have to admit I was checking for updates while at red lights. I wonder how many traffic and/or heart-attack fatalities will result from this iPhone release? IPHONE KILLS!
Im location D771101. Guy I talked to at internet sales said that my phone will be billed and shipped on the 19th. I also asked about never getting an email and he checked... He said that they never sent me one. 
He says some times the sysytem wont send anything untill payment is made and the order ships.
I asked when I will get the phone and he says everything shows the 21st.

I used a chase and just called them, no authorizations of any kind have been placed yet and I pre-ordered at 2:55am EST. I'm now on hold with Verizon internet dept....long wait.
Why can't they get their act together after all these years? You'd think they would've figured this out after doing this over and over again.

. I have a five-digit order number as well, shipping to Ohio as well, but still "in process." What was your order time?They have their act together. They can do nothing about the impatient fans of the iPhone! We all need to just relax and wait till the 21st. You would not want to get your order delayed because you had them change or mess somthing up (change billing info)
I really wouldn't be worried if your card hasn't been charged yet. According to people from previous launches who bought at AT&T/Verizon, our phones should already be in a warehouse somewhere in the US. I'm guessing if the people with tracking numbers looked it up, they could verify that?
Anyway, if they are doing Fedex 2 day, then I wouldn't be surprised if we didn't get charged until Wednesday.
I'm also a D77**** location so guessing that is in the midatlantic, maybe fellow DC & surroundings people? or who knows.

Log into My Veizon and find the "My documents and receipts" and it should be listed. Mine just showed up and I got an email about account changes.
Yeah this is a little odd, last year everything started happening around Wednesday. If they are shipping them today/tomorrow they are just going to get held at local sort facilities for a day.
Yay! I finally got a pending transaction from Verizon on my statement and my order has been sent to processing! I don't know if it actually did anything, but an hour ago I called Chase and had them put a note to authorize the incoming charge from Verizon.
