Verizon iPhone 5 Preorder Status Thread

I called the number people listed here since chase declined my order.

The rep stated I would be getting it on the 26, nit thud Friday as they didn't get the order sent to their department until 8pm on the 14th. I ordered at 12 pst so no clue what happened. I just canceled it and will just line up at apple. Lesson learned, not doing this with Verizon again.

that's where i live! too bad i can't go pick one up :( i haven't received shipping info on mine yet, maybe because its so close?

Probably have the most orders to fulfill as well. Once again, you will get it at same time as those of us with tracking numbers. I didn't get tracking number til Wednesday night on my 4S from Verizon last year, still received on Friday.

Tracking number for 9/21 delivery coming very soon.
 
Has anyone with a business website order received any updates beyond the initial email? I see a few pending charges (they wouldn't let me bill it to the account), and the b2b website says "awaiting inventory" with a expected delivery date of 9/21.

None of my order info works on the status page everyone else is using.

Nope, nothing else. Just 2 phones... I can't remember if they packed them together last year or not...
 
Did anyone get this email? I'm not a fan of anything with the word delay in it. Pre-ordered Sep 14 at like 3:05am.

You can't put "3.95 ounces" on a shipment. The requirement is 1lb for a box being shipped on FedEx & UPS.

The reason they put 2 lbs is because the box itsself weighs 1.8lbs, cords/headphones inlcuded.

I've worked support before, and I know you can't send anything out in a box that isn't measured at 1lb.

Interesting. My friend's order is from the same location as you and his order number is within 20 of yours... he however ordered a 64 GB and hasn't received shipping and only has a pending charge. Sounds like there might be truth to the thought that they may be processing 64GBs last.

actually makes us sound pathetic. I guess our OCD does kinda border it lol
 
Reading through these forums, this one specifically, and I actually feel like I've been in battle or some sort of war, ha. I'm exhausted!
