Verizon iPhone 5 Preorder Status Thread

Things are crazy here and I'm just going to be loud and proud because you guys are killing me with all of your shipment notifications.

I'm in New York City.

I've recevied email confirmation on the morning I ordered, showing 9/21. Ordered at 3:26am.

No authorizations on my Chase Debit card.

No movement.

"We received your order and it is in process"

My credit card has a pending charge but I have not received shipping info yet. Expecting it today sometime. Who else has shipping location 0862001? Where do you guys live?
 
I was starting to worry too. Ordered black 32gb iphone at 3:11am EST on the 14th but never got a confirmation email and as of last night when I went to bed, my card wasn't charged, nor any pre-authorization charge. Verizon status still said "Waiting to be processed and expected SHIP Date was 9/21". Very happy to wake up this morning and saw the full charge go through on my credit card, and Verizon status saying my order was being processed. An hour later and I now have a FedEx tracking number and status on Verizon site now says "shipped" with expected DELIVERY Date of 9/21. Not showing up in FedEx yet, but I'm very happy to see some progress finally !! Delivery is to my home in New Hampshire.

I'm pretty sure that rep is just flat-out wrong. I verified with @VZWSupport on Twitter that if your confirmation says deliver by 9/21 and the status says ship date 9/21, it means it's coming to your house on 9/21.
 
What are some of the ORDER numbers of people who have received shipping confirmation/tracking numbers?? My order number is 46242.
 
Tracking number!

Verizon sent the shipping notice and FedEx tracking# this morning! Mine are sitting in Memphis as we speak:)

I've gotten nothing since the initial confirmation e-mail. I ordered at about 10 a.m. ET on the 14th and was given an estimated delivery date of 9/21.

Let me know if you get or see anything on yours and I will do the same.

I'm at the same location and have had nothing. Called the cc company to make sure the charge goes through but still nothing. Where do you live?
 
I just checked the "more reliable status" link, and it now says shipped on the 20th, rather than the 21st! Maybe I'll be getting mine a day early! I'm not really holding my breath but that would be sweet.

Wouldn't it be great if some people could be prompted with a quiz when they hit the submit button? Like a Captcha... but instead it would read something like this:

"If your order status says ship by, it actually means the delivery date will be... this is just how Verizon does it."

Followed by:

So answer this question before posting: If my status says ship by 9/21 my order will actually arrive: a) 9/21 b) I'm still not sure c) go back and re-read this.

I'm in the same boat as you but I have a question- on the email you got, did it only list one number on the top left? Ordered 2 just like you but it only lists one number where it says "Mobile Number" on the email they sent me. What about you?

Anyone else with location of N211401 get any form of shipment notification yet? This location serves Chicago suburbs and southern Wisconsin I've gathered so far. Downtown Chicago seems different.

Just be patient. My friend's pending charge went through last night at about 6pm and nothing happened with his order until this morning... almost 12 hours later. But now he has a shipping notice, etc. So, it just takes awhile.

You may want to call Chase or Verizon just to make sure the charge wasn't declined due to a bogus fraud alert -- that seems to have tripped up quite a few people ordering from Verizon.

This is correct, held and shipped on 9/20, standard overnight delivery, delivered on 9/21.

Nope. I'm in Michigan (Traverse City) and still nothing on mine which is coming from that same location.
