Great, so what am I doing wrong?? I'm just afraid if I submit, I won't be able to argue and get a refund for the upgrade price, yet if I wait for Verizon's customer service to open up, they'll be out of them...
It even *says* when I sign in that my one line is eligible for upgrade at a discount, I select it, and it just shows the base $199.99 price...so frustrating!
