People are misdirecting their agression at FedEx/UPS when it is Verizon who requested that the packages not be delivered until a certain date. It doesn't matter what the service on the package is.

Mine says 5:02 PM in transit for NYC...these times seem coordinated somehow. Maybe they are just transporting in bulk and updating the tracking information in bulk?
good to know. I can wait until Monday. I've got Sunday and Monday off and I go into work late on Tuesday.
This weekend, time will go by abnormally slow. I can guarantee this will be the case for all of us waiting. So three days will be a hell of a long time. I know, I'm impatient.

Another 5:02 PM "in transit" update, this time from a different city (Nanuet, Gaithersburg, NYC). I'm skeptical of whether this is accurately reflecting the movement of our phones...
It's possible. I tried calling UPS an hour ago who said they haven't had it in their system yet. I'm trying to see if they can hold it for pick up tonight or tomorrow. If it's coming in this late, is it possible it can still be delivered?

I think you may be more correct. I haven't had a decent night of sleep in a couple days. After my order got screwed up, it really screwed up my head. lol

Yeah, that's what I plan to do. The first half of next week is going to be VERY hectic for me with work. One of the big reasons I was hoping to get it today to enjoy it over the weekend.

My second order only showed the origin and departure scan and said NDA SAVER
Now, the order processed:ready for ups has been added, along with reference number and it now says the proper: UPS Next Day Air Saver, still at departure scan though

Yeah, the origin scan was 7:28 yesterday. I'm just mad that I worked from home today, and now I need to tell my office I need to work from home again on Monday. Ugh.
Called Verizon since I STILL don't have a tracking number, despite the fact that I ordered at 3am.
She said that they show that it has been paid and pulled from the warehouse, but has not been assigned a tracking number by FedEx yet, as they (FedEx) have not processed it yet.
So, yeah... I guess everyone else who doesn't have a tracking number yet, don't painc. FedEx is probably just swamped with getting these things out the door.
She also told me that they were expecting most orders to go out on the 8th or 9th, but that many people will be receiving them as early as Monday morning. She expects I will get my tracking number sometime tonight or tomorrow morning.
Kinda annoyed they weren't shipped in the order that the order was placed, but that looks like it may be FedEx's fault more than Verizon's.

Same, mine also just updated with "Order Processed: Ready for UPS." Hmm.
UPS sucks and here is why. I called VZ the rep was awesome willing to do anything to get my package held at the hub when it came in. She pulled UPS on the line and they refused to give out any inforamtion about it couldnt even verify that it departed the PA location.
The VZ rep afterwards said that they never ship with UPS and have always used fedex anbd she doesnt know why VZ is beginning to use UPS. I go I can see why. I blame UPS dleivery dates, th tracking info is messed up. Honestly I never ship with those clowns anyway I have always hated UPS.

Earlier today I was showing the same two entries that many were -- Origin scan at 7:28 PM last night in West Chester, and departure scan at 11:30 AM today from West Chester.
I just checked again, and a third entry has been added to my tracking info, but it is not good news. It is below the other entries, for starters. This is what I have now:
