Nope...I ordered at 3:11AM on Apple's website (32GB, no accessories), and my status is still "Prepared for Shipment". I have lost all faith in humanity at the present moment...
mine says the same thing (although i ordered through verizon at 1pm est yesterday afternoon)

Looks like some force is keeping these things from our hands until Monday. However, I can see our UPS hub from my house (literally I just have to stand on my roof).

Don't know if FedEx is screwed up or not but I just got a new email confirmation from FedEx with a different tracking # than what I got from Verizon confirmation. It says it's from FedEx Home Delivery and it says it scheduled for delivery Feb 5th!!! I haven't ordered anything else. The title in the tracking update says "SHIPPING of RADIO SYSTEMS sent Shawn Last name" Anybody else get this?
Also, the weight on the shippment says .3 lbs. I wonder if the Asurion Insurance is sending out some kind of insurance package?

The Verizon rep I'm on the phone with is sooo nice. She's on the other line with UPS 🙂 Requesting I pick it up NOW
Next day saver does not account for Sat delivery just next buissness day. So its not breach of contract , the site showing on truck for delivery now that is weird. I wonder if they had it on the truck and then removed it.
Food for thought if we cant activate the phone today maybe VZW has asked the shipments to be held up.

If memory serves me correclty ( and its been almost 8 yrs since i worked for UPS) the clock on delivery starts at departure scan. not origin I could be totally wrong why dont you call UPS and ask them I .

Probably going to be a while since the guy has not posted on the board for a while and said he had to leave the house for a while. Hence, it was left at the door. Apparently he left a signed note. At least that is what he said he was doing.

thanks.. yeah i'm going to give them a call when i get out of the library... no one around to sign monday not sure when next attempt will be.. but I know they will send stuff back after a few attempts .... I knew I should have done a screen grab but ups had it being delivered today... ?????

Just spoke with a nice Fed Ex rep, who said that the shippers restriction was placed on the package, not allowing pick up before 1st attempts at delivery on Monday in my case.
he said he has seen this before on other device shipments from verizon.
So we all are going to be on pins and needles til monday.......

It's kind of ironic that so many people are complaining that the packages haven't' moved, yet WE ourselves probably haven't moved either. lol
My order status hasn't moved... 🙁 I'm still pending shipment 😕

No, mine says delivery by 3pm on 2/7/11. Oh well as long as it comes on Monday I'll be happy.
