Verizon iPhone Orders Already Shipping

That isn't stupid. UPS DOES provide this service. I have received countless packages that were sent to my local post office and were delivered by the USPS!

I GOT THE IPHONE! i am not kidding right now, i went to the fedex place and bribed the woman to give it to me. it took a few hours to convince her but here are the pics of the box :D

my fedex was cancelled

ordered 4 phones at 2:50 am. #164. charged me. received email confirms. checked this morning. wtf. anyone else?

I don't know why people are freaking because the order still shows in Memphis, or anywhere else for that matter. The plane can leave saturday or sunday day or evening and still have your Iphone at your local hub and on the truck out for delivery by monday morning.
Haven't you ever tracked an order before? Overnight shipped on friday is usually monday unless the shipper is paying for saturday delivery which obviously Verizon isn't.

Relax! You have all day monday to stress out waiting for the delivery truck to arrive. ;)

If you do the pre-order on the 9th, they are saying that you'll receive the shipment on the 10th. That's if everything goes as planned with the shipment. So that's the earliest you'll get it.

By going with the camping out option, you'll be guaranteed to get the phone shortly after 7 AM when the store opens (as long as you are there early enough to ensure a good place in line).

I think I will first try my luck at ordering on the 9th and if I can't get through THEN maybe the camping out.

Thank you onlymiah! haha.. I was just trying to be optimistic is all? I mean how happy would we all be if we received them today by surprise?
 
Chaz, have you tried calling and talking to a VZW rep about your order. I'm in the same boat as you, can't call 611 because original cancelled order and new one both end in 0000.
