I have been religiously checking my order status as you all have. Yesterday morning I had a "your order has been shipped" when checking my order status with the long reference pre-order number and through the actual pre-order site, under the begin order.
Then when they took down the pre-order site, I started using the main order status inquiry page. I kept using the long pre-order ref number and getting a page not available from verizon. Then after reading this thread, I used the actual smaller order number... but to my dismay, I was greeted with:
I've since contacted them, with no reply as of yet (it's been about an hour and a half). I have not received any tracking numbers, and the tracking number I have formed using the system outlined by a user in this thread to check FedEx (which was noted as my shipper yesterday) does not work with their system.
I'm not sure if maybe it's because yesterday night I upgraded my third out of three lines with a non-iPhone 4 (which coincidentally has already shipped and for which I've received a tracking number for). It really shouldn't be, since I called customer service to make sure it would be okay. CS said that they saw the order was successful and my credit card has even been charged already.
Anyone else in a similar predicament/get the message that I've received?
