Verizon iPhone Orders Already Shipping

Can't get the tracking numbers!

Before the site went down last night it said my iPhones had shipped but when I called to get the tracking numbers it said that it shipped but it wouldn't give me the actual numbers when I hit 2. I called but the woman who picked up said they aren't shipping until the 9th. Should I be worried?

Yeah, what's up with that? Verizon must be taking it hard from Apple right now.

Who knows? I never expected it today. I also understand that they run into issues, but that page has been down far too long - ever since they said they stopped the pre-orders.

I just posted it about 10 minutes ago on here. I ordered around 2:15AM Central time, when everyone else did.

How did you get your order in before 5 pm yesterday?

You'd think that they were unaware of it (which the guy acted like when he directed me to it over the phone and I told him it's been down for about 19 hours.)

Yep. Ordered from Verizon at 3am, too. Phone system says it's been shipped, but no tracking #, and the reference #'s on FedEx and UPS don't work either.

Whatever. Sick of this crap. Should just have slept in Thursday and not been a zombie all day at work, since APPARENTLY people who ordered later in the day are getting shipment notifications.

Got my tracking order from the way of doing it on here. Says fedex received info at 10 am today but still no email saying it has been shipped. But everything else stats that it has been shipped. Frustrating to say the least.

Ordered from Apple at 3:14am pst 2/3/11 still states "prepared for shipment" went on Verizon's page to check eligability for phone upgrade (even though I know I am eligable) and here's what I got.

It could have been delivered - UPS.com is delayed for security reasons.

I've done that with my order and it says shipped but when I press "2" for tracking information it told me there was no order. I called Verizon and the person said their system is having trouble handling "pre-orders" but my order is there. Ugh...I don't really care if I get the phone Monday, Tuesday...I just want it before the 10th. Why else wake up at 3am

Someone please make me feel better. I ordered my iphone around 2:30 Central time. Last time i was able to see the status it said we received your order and it is in process. Still get the error when i try to look up the status. Still no conformation of shipment email. And my Ace number is the highest i have seen so far.

Do you really think it's legit since it said that the package was shipped at 5 pm yesterday?
