Received a confirmation text today after the original request sent in early Feb. Horray!

"At&T Free Msg: Thank you for your interest in the 1000 Rollover offer. The 1000 bonus Rollover minutes you requested have been added to your account as a one-time courtesy."

Texting that number works from any AT&T phone because it is an automated script, so the 50% of the posts in the thread saying "OMG IT WORKED" shouldn't really be shocked.

A script sent you an automated reply. For all we know the offer is only actually valid to those who were initially sent the text. I wouldn't get so excited about it yet. If I use the MyWireless app, it takes roughly 2 minutes to pull up my account information regardless of connection speed.

There is no way that script which replied to my phone before my finger was 2 inches off the "Send" key actually validated with the account database that I was eligible to receive minutes.

edit: I was not initially sent the text either.

You seem to underestimate computers.
