Mine are coming from PA to Chicago area via FedEx Ground, so standard is 2 business days from PA for here. If yours ships today, it all depends on where it's coming from and the standard travel time to your location.
 
Got my Xs today, but still waiting on my husband's SG 64GB Max.
Ordered 9/14 with ship by 10/03 at 3:00pm CST, still no movement :(
 
SO, I got an alert for my credit card charge last (yay). This morning I checked for an update, it turns out my bank declined the charge because they assumed fraud. I called the bank and after getting passed around, I was given the clear to have Verizon resubmit the charge. Called Verizon and after getting cut and passed around I got someone who tried to process the re-charge. Bank declined again while I was on the line with Verizon. So I asked the Verizon lady if she can just add the amount to my monthly Verizon bill, she was able to do that (I hope). I received an email confirmation for the transaction. I hope it worked. And I hope to get tracking soon (sigh)

UPDATE: I got my shipment tracking info. Phone will be delivered on Monday via UPS. First time with UPS, prior years have been Fedex. I already had my Fedex app ready, I had to download the UPS app after getting my shipping info Good luck to all Oct 3 folks!
 
I still dont understand how I have no shipment or tracking. This makes zero sense. Charged last night, no updates since? This isn’t like years past from my experience.

Card got charged in the last 30 minutes and received the Verizon text indicating they received my order! Deliver by date has disappeared. Just waiting on the tracking number.

Just placed my order yesterday around noon CT!

I find it so odd that I’ve seen a very few number of people that have ordered the 64gb Space Gray Max and there’s no movement for it at all.
 
You ordered a 256 GB Max yesterday and already have shipping? I ordered mine a week ago. What gives?

Technically, I think I’m in the same boat as you, charged but no tracking number yet.

But it is interesting that it is taking longer for them on yours since it’s been a week already.
 
On Sept. 14 at 3:30am I ordered a 512GB SG Max using the Verizon app. I was given a ship date of Oct. 3. I had previously tried at 3AM to order on the Verizon website, but it stayed locked up for a full half hour.

Since then I have seen absolutely no movement on my order. It is in "process" or "pending" (Verizon app). I have called and chatted (one time each) and each time the rep has assured me there is nothing wrong with my order and that it'll ship by Oct. 3.

I'm happy for the other people with an Oct. 3 date who have gotten charged and had their orders ship, but it is really depressing that my order seems to be stuck and I have no idea what to do. :(

From there, she noticed that the new line # was listed on the bill. She then decided to log into our account and check the order status. There she noticed that the phones said shipped and she could see a tracking #. Our phones are expected to be delivered on Monday. Now if my watch would just leave China I would be a SUPER happy camper. Very happy right now!

Well my husband caved and called our local Verizon store to see if they had any Space Gray Max in stock. They do. He’s on his way to cancel the online order and just purchase it in store.

It's been a good Saturday so far....just got notification that my iPhone Xs Max 256 GB SG has been shipped via FedEx with delivery scheduled for Tuesday by 4:30pm. Phone is currently in West Chester, PA. I placed my order just two days ago around Noon. Pretty good turnaround time for Verizon!

Also got a notification that my case has arrived. I am trying the Spigen Ultra Hybrid in the Matte Black color for the edges. Looks like it should be a clear case otherwise.
