Carrier Verizon offering iPhone 7 for $0 with trade-in

Sorry, was just sharing experience from what other have proven to work. Didn't realized that you only wanted his answer. My bad.
I had already received a box for trade in after placing the order online. I called verizon after I walked out of the Apple Store and had a customer service representative fill out that form that has been talked about in this thread to receive the correct promotional value. She said to follow the instructions with the return box I had already received. It went out Saturday morning, the 22nd, the tracking info shows it to have been delivered on the 25th, I keep checking daily to see the status (through Verizon's web site) they still do not show it as received. Maybe I'll see something next week. *FINGERS CROSSED!*
My trade-in was delivered this past Monday, October 24, and Verizon has not yet processed it as having been received.
It took around 10 days for them to let me know that it was received, and about 4 days later to confirm my trade in value.
Both my matte black 128GB 7+ and my wifes rose gold 128GB 7+ arrived this morning. I'll be getting everything copied over this evening and trading my old phones in later this week. It's been fun!
Verizon received mine on Oct 4th and still haven't processed it yet. Most people here are reporting that it takes approximately 1-2 weeks from when Verizon receives it, not sure why mine is taking much longer though. So, I contacted Verizon's trade-in team to find out what's going on as nothing has been updated on https://www.verizonwireless.com/device-status/ and I was told that it takes 3-6 weeks for that site to update once they receive the device(s). Good luck and for those who took less time, you're lucky!
I sent two 6S Plus's and they did receive both per tracking (9/30 and 10/3/16). I did get one e-mail like 2 weeks ago that they actually received it and that I got the $650 trade in value. Still waiting on the other one...It seems like they have so much volume to handle.
Mine shows "received" this morning, I did not check yesterday. I be they are indeed overwhelmed with volume as mentioned above.
Update:Just received an e-mail from Verizon that they received my 2nd trade- in device which I sent out in September. Per Tracking, it was delivered on 9/30/16 and other one on 10/3/16. All in all will be getting $650.00 x 2 being credited to my account.
If I remember correctly, I did mine on 9/23/16 and got the box on following Monday then sent it off on Wednesday. And one was delivered on 9/30/16 and the other was delivered on 10/3/16.
My return boxes came before the phones. Within 2 or 3 days. If you don't have yours yet, you should look under your orders and see if you can find a tracking #.
Update: I received two e-mails from Verizon at the exact same time. The first e-mail stated they received my device (4 weeks after it was delivered as per my USPS tracking information) and second e-mail which confirmed the $650 credit. It seems to me that they probably should have sent me the first e-mail weeks ago followed by the credit e-mail at a later time. I did contact the trade-in department the day before to find out the status as I hadn't heard anything. I wonder if contacting them helped process my request along. Either way, it now shows that I will be receiving the credits on the 3rd billing cycle. I'm almost to my 2nd billing cycle so I'm looking forward to get those bill credits applied.
4 weeks? Wow! I was just about to post that I still haven't seen an update on mine that was delivered a few weeks back as per the tracking (10/25) but did not show up as being received on VZN's website until a week later (11/1). So perhaps I am just a few more weeks away from getting my credits applied.
I have my 3 credit applied to my bill. New iPhone 7 for $0. Awesome.
I am in a similar boat. Two phones traded in simultaneously at my local Verizon store. One credited $650 immediately, the other miscredited at $450. Had to submit the mysterious "bug fix" paperwork to have it properly credited at $650. Processed with a Verizon operator on October 3rd. Still processing now. They promise me that I will see the credit on my next bill. The first phone that processed correctly credited yesterday to this months bill. What do they say? Patience is a virtue!
Yup just getting the work around of keep waiting for next bill which is annoying.
My processed trade-in had disappeared from my account earlier this week but is back under Orders today.
Mine disappeared this week from the MY ORDERS section as well but I just checked today and it is back. Not sure if that is what you are talking about as well?
I also have 3 credits applied as of today which is a pleasant surprise. I figured that the "3rd billing cycle" meant that the first credit wouldn't start until now, meaning you'd have to keep the iPhone 7 for 27 months to get the full credit. Apparently not.
