We received your order and it is in process. Expected Ship Date: 09/24/2013

3 Gold 5S shipped on 9/22. Currently sitting in Memphis, TN as of 4:07am this morning. Shipping through FedEx, expected delivery Sept 24th by 8:00pm.

In the interest of not polluting the forum with another thread, maybe somebody can answer my question here.

Anyway, it looks like I might end up with 2 Verizon 64gb iphone 5s (slight miscommunication between a family member and I). Both phones were purchased at discount using a contract extension (we had multiple upgrades available on a shared plan). Since the phones were purchased on the account at the discounted price, they will be tied to a line correct? If this is the case, is there any possible way to have the phone wiped from the line without having to activate it first? I only ask because I'd like to sell the phone factory sealed rather than open it to activate then deactivate it.

I'd really appreciate some information from somebody that's 100% certain how this works. I tried searching around for information and it seems everybody has a different opinion.

Thanks

I just received shipment notification on a 16gb silver ordered from Verizon Wireless online 9/20 approx. 4:30am ET.

Verizon order status showed ship by 10/7/13 until I received this email. Fedex showing 9/25 delivery, currently in PA. I am located in NJ.

If you don't mind; what is the location code for your shipment?

I am with you my friend. Still saying same thing. nothing changed.

i called the 800 922 0204 to check order status and it says your oder is pending shipment. it will be shipped by Sept. 24.

I am hoping it is true..

Finally got my tracking number, estimated delivery 9/25, 64 gb white/silver, ordered around 330am eastern Friday, Cherry Hill, NJ here, being shipped from west chester

Thanks guys. Using that link, I get the following:

Order Status: Your order has been sent for processing.

I've never checked this site before, so I can't say when or if it changed, but it appears to be progressing.

I just did a sweep (FedEx track by reference (nothing), Order status in My Verizon (nothing), and then pre-order status (bingo)) and I just finally got a tracking number (yippe!).

64 GB White/Silver ordered around 12:20am PT, confirmation came in around 12:33am PT.

I'm in California, and it's shipping from Pennsylvania. My location code was W779001 (which I thought was CA based on my understanding), but my actual device is being shipped from PA.

I also got a call from Verizon, confirming some details on my number being ported over to Verizon. That happened about 3:30 pm PT today.

If you don't mind my asking, which options did you pick on the line to get the automated message re: shipment status.

I still have the same "We have received your order and it is in process," but yet still an expected ship date of tomorrow. Same $1 pending charge on CC. Location code is N215501. Is that New Jersey?

My location code is D241201
I am in NJ but I don't know where this location code is.

When I call above number I do as below.
Press # sign for new customer
Than press option 5
And it will ask you to enter your reference number.

Ah, that must be why it's not working for me with me not being a new customer with them. When I pushed # it just told me to do another option, etc.

I live in California (location code W779001), and I ordered my silver 16GB 5s 3 minutes past midnight. I got a tracking number yesterday, and FedEx says it'll be delivered by 8PM Wednesday.

It hasn't moved at all today, according to the site. Damn.

Has anybody's phone actually left Memphis? Mine says picked up but it was never scanned for a departure. Unless FedEx doesn't do departure scans like UPS does?

Probably won't leave Memphis until tomorrow evening on the outbound flights to the regional airports. If this is the case, they will arrive in the wee hours of Wednesday morning and be delivered to your local hub by around 6-7 am. Then sorted and on a truck and out for delivery by around 8-8:30.

This is only what has happened for the past few years of iPhone deliveries. As with investments, however, past performance is not an indicator of future results.

So your worried about having to open the iphone box itself? You don't have too. When you order from Verizon online, they ship a sealed iphone box within their Verizon box containing the sim and activation instructions. The phone is not tied to your account until you activate it. In this case all you have to do is throw away the sim and instructions and just keep the sealed iphone for resale.

I just checked and mine shipped today from Memphis. :):D Ordered a Silver 64GB at about 9:30am EST on Friday. My estimated ship by date was Sep 24th when I ordered. Shipping via Fed Ex and estimated delivery to Columbus, OH is Wednesday by 4:30pm. Looks like my Fed Ex Purchase Order Number is LoactionCode_0000OrderNumber.
