Carrier [Verizon Shipping Thread] Anyone get confirmation of a Verizon shipment yet?

I ordered my 32GB Space Gray at 3:01 EST on Friday.

I called 611 and was told that my order shipped, was received, and was activated. I never actually received my phone so I called and spoke to a CSR who explained that my phone hasn't shipped and will not ship until 10/7.

For what it's worth the online order status says: Status: 09/24/2013Your order will ship by 09/24/2013

My card was charged on 9/21 and I have receipts under my docs. Hopefully she was wrong. It kills me cause as of Sunday my local store (Rockaway NJ)had 32GB space gray phones available....

Still nothing here for Ace Order Location: N215501...does anyone know if there's a time deadline for them to allegedly ship it by? Still an expected ship day of 9/24, but we're starting to run out of 9/24, lol. Email conf came in 3:16 am Friday...I know they'll get here when they get here, but would really be nice to know that getting up early wasn't in vain, lol.

I'm in SoCal as well (OC), and I did not receive any notifications from Verizon, but I do have a tracking number just from the order status check (link in email confirmation). It shows my device in Newark NJ, I'm guessing it's hopping the 3:39 PM departure to LAX on FedEx Flight # 3013.

We'll see in about 2 hours if I'm right.

If your status reads "processing" with a 9/24 ship date, don't worry yet.

I chatted with an agent online and they checked my order and said it will likely still ship out today...the last orders are shipped at 6pm and to check the status after 6.

Ordered a 16gb Gold, live in Dallas.

Very very very few have barley shipped.

The ones you are seeing now that are being posted, I am guessing, are the second batch of Gold that is about to ship/pending. Some status have changed to being pushed out to a later date (9/30/13) even though given a 9/24/13 date.

Hello all,
Just curious if anyone in a similar situation has heard news from Verizon regarding their 5s's. Our order was placed placed Thursday (9/19) at the Verizon store under the understanding they would order our phones (2-Slate Grey 16GB and Gold 16GB) right away friday morning. They are to be shipped to Central Minnesota. It sounds as a lot of people ordered theres online early friday rather than ordering through the store. It would be great to hear from those who did and if not we will continue to wait patiently.
