Carrier [Verizon Shipping Thread] Anyone get confirmation of a Verizon shipment yet?

I gave up and ordered the 32gb Gold Online on Verizon. Do they charge your credit card when the order ships?

Yes, they charge once it ships. You'll see a tracking # and then there will be a pending charge on your CC.

I have a 32GB silver coming today and a 32GB gold that shipped today and will be here on Thursday.
 
Yay! Finally got tracking info. My 64GB Gold and 16GB Space Gray have been shipped from Memphis, TN - set to arrive tomorrow!

Awesome Thanks. Yeah I'm not going to go thru hassle of calling stores and trying to get a silver one right now. I wanted gold so ill have a nice surprise "present" in november. 11/11/13 est ship date lol Maybe thell ramp up and ship sooner.

Yeah, no problem! That is a long time from now...I hope you're right about them shipping sooner. That seems crazy that it's almost 2 months away! How is that possible? :confused:

I wouldn't worry about it too much. They fly direct from TN to SF at around 1:30am PDT. Should be out for delivery either tomorrow or Thursday. I think they're just slammed with deliveries right now.

Our order (unsubsidized) was also on a business account (at 11:58pm), so I don't know if that makes a difference.
 
I ordered a gold 16 gb at about 12:20 am on the 20th. Still have "We received your order and it is in process." With an expected ship date of 9/24.

curious - was your original delivery date the 25th and then it just revised to the 24th today?

guess it depends on your local fedex - some are willing to attempt delivery today while others are sticking to the scheduled delivery date

my 64GB gold finally shipped today. to arrive Thursday 8pm.

shipping from TN

ordered online at vzw at 340am EST confirmation email arrived 3:48am

confirmation email said ship by 9/24. however, all preorder tracking has said ship by 9/30. looks like they were able to ship it by 9/24!!
 
My 32GB Gold iPhone finally has been shipped. Left West Chester, PA today around 2:45 ET , Im in Virginia.
 
Mine is supposed to be here 9/24. It says on vehicle for delivery right now but estimated is still 9/24. Does this mean I will get it today?!

I would say yes... they will most likely attempt a delivery today.
 
losing hope now i think..

The preorder status page says:
We have received your oder and it is in process. Payment Not taken yet.
No Expected ship date any more. it used to show 9/24 till today morning.

The regular Verizon order status page says under tracking:
Status: 09/24/2013Your order will ship by 09/24/2013

Talked to Verizon CSR and there is no payment program on order.

So let's see if it ship in next 2 hrs or not.
 
UPDATE! My 32gb gold has SHIPPED. Picked up from the PA location. That's despite the ship date changing to 9/30. Verizon, my husband, Apple and the world are forgiven!
