yeah even though mine says "shipping on the 20th" the Verizon rep said it will ship Wednesday, Fedex for receipt on the 20th...

Shipped with a tracking #. Charge went through last night after I updated pmt info. Tracking # not showing up on FedEX (should be updated sometime tomorrow).

Ordered my 11 Pro Max 256GB in Space Gray from the VZW site within 10 min of the pre-order time, so I should be good to go for this Friday. Verizon confirms that delivery date, but the order has yet to change from the "Pending" status. Oddly, I checked Fedex and it says I have a delivery scheduled for Tuesday that originated from Memphis, TN. The company name is none I have ever heard of and I'm not expecting any deliveries that day. The only two companies that I'm used to having things sent to me from there are Nike and Verizon, so I'm thinking that's it...? Obviously not gonna get it Tuesday, as it'll be held somewhere for a few days. Based on its current location, it'll soon be... straight outta Compton. ;-)
No, when I log into the app it shows my order as processing and will be ready to ship by 9/20/19. But when I click on the order for details it says pending and estimated to ship around 9/20/19. What’s really strange is my email confirmation from Verizon says it will be delivered by 9/20/19. So, I guess I need to line someone to be at my house to sign for it on Friday and Monday 9/23/19 just in case.
Where do you see it on the app? Or where can I find my status for it. Can’t find it
I got a suspect email last night that looked like a VZ email, saying my payment failed. It hadn’t. I called today to see what’s up and they didn’t send this. The links got to vz as far as I can tell. So either the Russians are after me, or VZ has a system glitch...

I see folks dissecting "delivered by" "shipped by". If your order status says 9/20, you're getting it 9/20. Relax, and enjoy the week! 
Launch My Verizon app, mine is listed when I open it which is where it says processing If you don’t see it, select the the three dashes in top left, select account, then scroll down, select purchases, then select orders. If you don’t see the three dashes look for your account information.You should see your order which where mine says pending. I hope this helps.
The app says “pending” and the website says processing . I don’t think any of this matters until it says shipped. So regardless I am sure it will show up on the 20th.

I got the Midnight Green so I ordered the Apple clear case as I wanted to be able to see the new color. I may eventually switch to an Apple leather case or an Otterbox with built in pop socket but we’ll see.
Mine as well, same exact phone.
I was totally skipping the Apple Watch this year but just went for it today. They gave me $196 for my 4, Apple only wanted to give me $100, crazy. So I’m pumped, can’t wait for the new devices!
