Chase flagged the charged from Verizon as fraud last night and requested approval via text from me. I approved the charge but then Verizon emailed me saying their was a payment issue and to update my payment method. Updated the payment with the same info since I cleared the transaction and it went through. Order still shows as processing however I did reach out to Verizon support and they submitted what they called a "pre-order escalation form" to ensure it's all resolved.

I am not too concerned if I don't get it day of release however Chase always flags these charges from Verizon year after year for some reason. Odd too because I pay my Verizon bill every month with the same card.

Biggest issue I face now is trying to figure out someone being home to sign for the package, that's the biggest headache for me.
 
How often do dates change with orders direct through Verizon? My email confirmation said deliver buy the 20th but the order page says ship date is the 27th. It sounds like ship date actually is the expected arrival day but is it often/ever rolled back earlier? Hoping my bump is "just how it works"
 
I got a UPS tracking number (for green Pro 256 GB) which doesn't yet track on the UPS website. I have ordered iPhones through Verizon for years and this is the first time it is coming UPS. Always has been Fedex in the past.

If your date was moved back more than likely it will stay at that date or move back further very very rarely you see it gets pushed forward but it does happen.

UPS and Fedex allows you to leave a release form on your door with a signature. They will then leave it at your door.

Same exact scenario with me, so out of curiosity I went through the process again and it let me complete another order. Now it actually shows a pending order. I don't think the first order went through.

Mine shows fine now under my orders. Still under processing.
 
FYI...i saw my order was still in processing (ordered at 7am central on release date) and they said “due to a system error your order was cancelled”. I was very upset. They never even let me know. They said they would place an order and they completed a “jump the line” request. They are saying I have the same ship date but I’m a bit nervous about it. Double check y’alls orders!!

Has your card been charged yet? If it has, then you'll get it this week. They are charging accounts in waves last night, tonight, tomorrow and even into Tuesday. The order page can be all wonky in the beginning.
 
Don't remember my method of payment at checkout, but got the text update an hour ago and I can no longer cancel my order; Green Pro 256 GB.

Mine says shipped. Are we gonna be getting an email with tracking or will the tracking info appear on the Verizon page that shows order & location number etc?
 
I got a suspect email last night that looked like a VZ email, saying my payment failed. It hadn’t. I called today to see what’s up and they didn’t send this. The links got to vz as far as I can tell. So either the Russians are after me, or VZ has a system glitch...


I got the same email and i followed the link, made the payment, and now it states my order is processing. So I believe it’s legit. I checked with chase and my payment was declined by chase then shortly after I got the exact email.

I have two separate orders. One is for my girls iPhone 11 green 128 go. My card was charged for that phone. My second order for my 512gb midnight green max pro is still in the pending status. I guess either tonight or tomorrow it will go into processing. Hopefully that is lol

I was actually referring to your card being charged for the amount of the sales tax and upgrade fee for the new phone.

I just got the email and I used PayPal. So on the PayPal website it showedYour payment method will be charged when Verizon completes your order. So not sure what's going on. I'm hoping its legit but then concerned as it should have completed already
 
I didn't use a credit card but I did use my banking information routing number and such and I have more than enough money? I wonder what's wrong.
