This has happened to a bunch of us. Best thing to do is call and they supposedly will bump you to your original delivery date, although may be to late now. I’m seeing to activity on my order, though. They did wave the activation fee for my troubles, but that seems pretty easy to get them to do.

Been trying to get Verizon to do a 'Shipping Address Change' for the past few days. The chat reps keep saying it should be at the new address on Friday, but I'm yet to get any actual confirmation (email, etc). Only worried because this happened with the X, and it was a huge hassle when it was delivered to the wrong address.
Maybe I'm stressing for no reason, but it would save a lot of time if the change actually went through and I get the phone on Friday

Here’s a little info for the people who have 9/20 deliveries but haven’t gotten tracking yet.
I have a friend who works for corporate (higher up) and when talking to him today, we talked about the pre-order madness. He said that Apple actually sends phones to Verizon warehouses where they themselves box up and ship out the phones to customers unlike Apple, where your phone comes directly from China.
If you haven’t gotten tracking yet, you most likely will sometime tonight/tomorrow. When I got mine, my package was already well on its way to my area and they are likely delayed due to the high demand.

I cancelled mine cuz of the 27th date,re-ordered tues. got the gold instead of MG and says 20th..may go find a green once mine shows up..

My Verizon Order still says “Processing”. Haven’t received any shipping / tracking email or information. Is this normal for Verizon?
Still processing for me. Updated card info was charged on the 16th. I’m hearing a lot of phones are in PA so I’m hoping for just a late notice tonight since I’m in Philly. We’ll see.

If you’re on the east cost, your phone will ship from Verizon’s warehouse in PA. Unlike ordering directly from Apple, Verizon gets their stock in and then fills your order. If you ordered directly from Apple, your phone would be coming directly from China.
After you updated your card, did you still have a 9/20 delivery date?
I assume everyone's will because FedEx's overnight shipping method is usually slated for 3PM delivery. I'm assume, given the circumstances and the amount of packages, they changed the allotted time to their regular delivery schedules.
Pro Tip: If you ever have the option too, you can send them to your work address as FedEx and UPS will make their deliveries first to businesses before going to residential which will allow for an early delivery

Order completed for 512GB 11 Pro Midnight Green at 8:03am EST 9/13. Verizon app still shows processing which it finally moved to last night. The deliver by 9/20 disappeared. Spoke with a rep who assured me there is nothing to worry about that I’ll have it Friday 9/20. My Verizon site is currently down and I have received nothing from FedEx Delivery Manager or UPS MyChoice. Low key freaking out. Going to be pissed if 8:03am somehow doesn’t get me launch day, as I’ve pulled off launch day for multiple years in a row. Central PA.
yep mine went from by 10:30 to 8pm as well, good thing its going to me at the office as we get early am deliveries so it will be on the early truck.
No reason to freak out. Having the delivery day removed is a good sign. You will get your phone tomorrow!
They will have plenty for the people who are there to pick up orders. They won't have extra stock for sale.
Got my shipping last night, 9/20! Pro Max 512GB MG, Ordered 8:03am EST on the 13th. Last second shipping it like usual. lol I also noticed it is not pick up yet by UPS, but not worried, they changed it from 2 day shipping to next day as well.

The delivery date actually went away after my card was charged. I just checked though and now it shows shipped. I didn’t get an email or anything, but it says expected delivery for tomorrow. I should be good.
Ordered mine on the 14th with a 27th delivery... why did i decide to wait First time ordering with verizon.

Woke up to tracking! Currently sitting in PA with other FedEx phones. Delivery by 3pm tomorrow. Can’t wait!
