Still processing for me. Ordered 8 minutes after the sale went live, had to reenter my credit card as Verizon screwed up with Apple Pay. Hoping it still comes Friday.

They won’t let me change it online. I tried and it timed out on me and in order to change it I will have to go to a physical location :/

Got charged yesterday and got shipping confirmation around 1115ET this morning. iPhone 11 pro max midnight green 256gb. Friday can't come soon enough!
So I called and it was the same Apple Pay error, except it never sent an email. So I gave them new credit card information. No charge yet but hopefully sometime today.

I got screwed by using Apple Pay but to be fair their credit card processing was just broken that morning. I got the email and re-entered my info and now I have a receipt but still says processing. Should I call them to assure that it gets shipped soon?
Yea I got the notification about payment on 9/15, charged on 9/16, and still processing at this point. No change or date listed.
Sooo long story short for my order. I ended up canceling. Verizon was supposed to change it to bill to account on Tuesday when I called. They never did or they didn't notify the order dept (apparently it's my job to call them) and my order would have gotten pushed back to 10/10. so needless to say I wasn't a happy camper but ill be going to Verizon on Friday and hopefully they have a few. BTW for anyone with an old unlimited plan. check your plans as they just updated them was able to save 20$ per month. Here is to crossing my fingers that I get one on Friday.
I have a pro max 512gb silver that’s still processing and shows 9/20. I talked to an agent just to verify things looked ok and he said I should be receiving an email with a tracking number “soon”.
I did, except got bumped to Oct 9. Talked to them today, and still claim I'll have it Friday. Said I was on the spreadsheet. Doubtful, as I haven't been charged and my order still just says pending. However, I have gotten shipping notice as late as the night before launch day and still received it on launch, so will see what happens. That was from Apple, though.
Same situation here. My payment didn’t go thru yesterday for some reason. Resubmitted first thing this morning and it’s showing processing. Also talked to CSR who told me I’m good for 9/20 still and should get tracking updates tomorrow.
@chooshappy33 Sadly it was a false hope – even though it's been saying the 19th, it now says something about being held until the 20th!
yeah same for me! I called earlier, they said I will get shipping confirmation tomorrow for Friday.... hmmm seems last minute... we will have to see...
