Video Comparison of 'iPhone 5' Nano-SIM Tray and Buttons to iPhone 4S Parts

Giga is pronounced jiga in the US I believe.

The bit that got my goat was how he would say two-point-twenty-one instead of two-point-two-one! I mean, come on, the first space after the decimal point isn't a tens column! You're a scientist!

So if the tray remains the same size....

where does the size savings come in.... in later versions of the phone?

Awesome! I really needed a video comparing the size of SIM cards!

Still images are soooo last year.

The sim card tray isn't the same size. In the video you can clearly see that it's smaller.

What's with the gun-metal grey?

As with all of these things, we'll need to see the completed phone to know how the overall visual effect works.

The aluminium or steel (have we had a final word on this yet?) has been treated on the black model to make it darker. This will create a more uniform colour on the back of the device. The white model will have a more silver colour.

I suspect it will end up looking good. Apple rarely releases unattractive products. From the case leaks we've seen, the finish is matt on the side and back but the edges of the frame have a polished finish which looks pretty sleek.

Why would the white square on the home button be less bright than the 4s? Unless of course, it is semi-transparent to allow for a notification light to pass through!

</rumor mongering>

P.S. Seriously though, it would be nice.

That would be awesome! especially if it did a sexy glow which gets gradually brighter while charging.

Yes, that would be great: to have a light that gets brighter as you're falling asleep...

Perfect! It's dim while I'm actually falling asleep so it doesn't bother me as much. By the time it's bright I'm in a deep sleep! :p

It would be a dream come true if there really were a notification LED....but I seriously doubt it.

Same.. but now I wouldn't have it any other way. Fantastic film.

What happens to iPhone 4 owners....

If the size of the SIM card changes, this means I can't just transfer the SIM card from my iPhone 4. Does this mean I'll HAVE to visit the local AT&T store :(

Yes, unfortunately. Something I'm dreading if I get the unlocked version from Apple. I'm hoping they'll have spares on hand and can give me one launch day eve.

In CA we definitely say giga with a hard G maybe foreigners use a soft G but the official script was written incorrectly with 1.21 jigowatts which doc kept to the script jiggawaaatttt
