Fruit Ninja developers are crying right now...
Heh, I'd like to think Apple will allow certain (game) developers to disable it.
I love this, 4.2 really made the iPad a better device and this just takes it a couple of steps further.

Ah. Got it! Be sure to select "Use for development" in Xcode and it appears! Fun!

I could be wrong, but wont these gestures interfere with certain apps? What if a game requires you to swipe up? Or what if you're messing with a music app and you use four fingers? Unless the gestures are disabled automatically for these types of apps, I could see this being incredibly annoying at times. Still, it's optional.. so no big deal.
Nice, now how about coming up with a way to turn off apps without the jiggle metaphor.
Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPod; U; CPU iPhone OS 4_2_1 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/533.17.9 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.0.2 Mobile/8C148 Safari/6533.18.5)
Someone please post a download link that's easy for everyone to get to.
Could you elaborate, I have Xcode I just haven't used it, such as when do I choose the option, restore. Or I just have to have iPad connected. And where is the option.
Really need these amazing gestures
Anyone else not seeing the Multitasking Gestures in the settings? I'm running 4.3, and based on the other screenshots I've seen, it should be right between the side switch settings and the date/time settings. The side switch settings are there, but no multitask gestures. I have a 32GB WiFi+3G.
Well, there's no reason to "turn off" apps.
Yeah, but slapping something with your hand as if you're searching for gold at the end of a double rainbow isn't the most...natural...hand gesture guys can make. I'll stick with hitting the home button.
