Videos Taken with an iPhone 4

Hopefully this isn't too off-topic, but I didn't want to make a whole new thread just for a simple question.

Does anybody know how much space a 4-minute HD (720p) video taken by Camera... as the raw, original file and unedited... take up?

My video was 1:34 minutes and it took 125 MB on 720p
 
this might a silly question, but how do you get the iphone videos on apple tv??
right now there sitting in my iphoto library , I right click find the file in the finder and drag to itunes!!!
is there a better solution
 
I took this at a Taking Back Sunday concert last night. Surprisingly good video and audio (I forgot I had put my hand over the mic for most of the song)
I compared this to a video my cousin took with her 3gs last night as well and the quality difference is so much better on the iPhone 4.

Are you recording in portrait mode? I think if you do that then there will be the black bars. If you record it in landscape, the video will be widescreen.
