I believe that makes you and 2 others. Please provide details - which phone you ordered, why they cancelled, how they notified you.
Besides from this random cancellation which may be for good reason, it looks like the gears are turning!
I spoke with a CS lady, who kept insisting I had initiated the order (which was not true.) And ended up saying she couldn't find any record of there even being an order in the system....which seemed odd as we had just been discussing the order. Ultimately, she wished me well & said I should try again, and that there was nothing Verizon could do.

Ordered at midnight on preorder night.
SO I didn't cancel the order & didn't buy her excuse. So I called back & spoke with a gentleman who saw that my order had been cancelled, and said he thought it was probably a system issue, as he had handled four or five other ones today. He simply un-cancelled my order & said I should keep my place in line. SO relieved. If all goes well, he said it should ship tonight or tomorrow & get here 09/19 still. Taking it with a grain of salt, as the other reps have been all over the board with their explanations.
But he was very helpful and seemed to know what was up. He said I may receive a tracking code that may not work with FedEx, and to try it with UPS if that's the case.
So relieved.
