Yeah I know. You're freaking out. RELAX.

Your phone will ship on time. Verizon fulfills orders based on location and type of phone. They won't be shipping you a phone from 3000 miles away. A fulfillment center within 1-2 day shipping will fulfill your order. This center just hasn't gotten to your order yet.

A worker has to go to each order and fulfill it. So the workers will open a box of phones and fulfill them. They have a phone for you if you have a 9/19 date.

2 years ago I had the same concerns as you. But 1 day before release they finally posted my order under order history, got receipt and tracking. My brother who ordered 2 hrs after me got his tracking 2 days earlier. I was freaking as I didn't even have CC charge when his shipped. The difference in our orders was mine was the larger 64GB phone and he had 32.

I'll tell everyone 1 more time... RELAX!!

Verizon cancelled one of my orders, my 16gb iPhone 6 plus. For reasons, I don't know. Eh, it was a stretch anyway. It was an upgrade for someone who doesn't care about what kind of phone they have anyway. My other two 64gb iP6+'s are good

Seems odd they would cancel just 1 order. Especially if you used the same account and payment method for the others

You guys are CRAZY. RELAX, you will get your phone. I'll say it again, with the other iPhone releases the larger phone models didn't ship till later. Mine for example didn't ship till the 20th for a 21st delivery. My brother got his 32GB tracking on the 18th. We ordered at the exact same time. BOTH were delivered on time on the 21st.

Honestly, there's still hope. Won't know until Thursday I guess. My 6+ case just got here. Gonna carry it around tomorrow (I know, sounds weird.) to see if it's too big or not. If it's too big, my 6 is about to ship and will be here Friday.

If it's not too big, then I will be waiting too.

Lucky! I ordered the same case around 2-3PM Pacific 9/12 and its still processing. Should be here a week from today. How does the case feel? Like the 5/5s one just bigger?

When people in my location started getting their tracking #'s and mine didn't come, I knew something was up. Spoke with a nice lady, she had to rebuild my order...she said there was a lot of errors due to the volume of internet pre-orders and it was a good thing I called. Then, and I didn't panic, my NEW ship date LATE October...I just asked if she could give me my original ship date of 9/19...she said, "oh, ok...yeah, let me try to get that changed." AND SHE DID!
Awaiting my tracking #....do not despair or give up. CALL THAT NUMBER!

My order status for my 128GB Gold 6 plus went from, "We received your order and it is in process." to "Your order is currently being processed, please check back tomorrow."

Someone please tell me this is a good thing lol. Supposed to get it on the 19th.

mine just went like that too in the last hour... i feel like they wouldn't charge unless it was ready to be physicially shipped for the 19th. i ordered the 128g gold 6+ as well. ironically it happened right after i went on the verizon online chat. the rep said to basically stop worrying and i'd get it on the 19th. so ill just be happy i got it my card fully charged finally.

my preorder was initially supposed to ship on 10/7 and now it says "Not Available at this time". Ordered the phone around 3:45pm on 9/12 at a verizon store

Thats normal. Mine did the same thing and moments later it shipped.

Finally got my shipment email!

Weird thing is... the VZW site links me to FedEx, but the tracking # is actually UPS... and it's not even loaded into UPS yet.

Verizon is overloaded. Give them a break. They have bad customer service but everything will be okay.

Called that number and the girl was extremely unhelpful. Said my ship date 10/14 was correct. I keep getting mixed info from all reps.

The verizon reps kinda suck at the moment but everyone always complains and everything turns out okay at the end of the week. Its part of the fun.

No, my card hasn't been charged yet, just the $1 pending charge for now..

Got my shipping confirmation from Verizon, 64gb silver plus will be here Friday. So much for those people at the beginning of this thread that were SO SURE we wouldn't get out pluses until October!

I've had 4 orders cancelled. If I have another one cancelled I'm just going to the verizon store on Friday.

Why 4? Thats a lot of cancelled orders? Did you cancel them because you made mistakes or did verizon mess up 4 times?

I guess I am just resigning myself to that fact that Verizon did a great job of ****ing me and my fiancé over. Guess we will just wait until the iPhones are done being ordered and shipped places and wait for it to become available in stores without having to wait in a line. Meaning....****ing after Christmas.

I'm so ****ing upset that I even got my hopes so high for this. :'(

Thats pretty hilarious. Verizon screwed up my order twice already and now my order says shipped and I got a tracking #.

UGH!!! I just changed all my vacation reservations til the 16th so I could be here on the 14th.

haha. Most would consider a vacation more important than a phone...but anyone on this forums knows its better to delay the vacation. I delayed weekend vacation for 2 days as well!

I think it's safe to say us 10/7 people will definitely not be getting our phones earlier.

I only called to make sure there was no error with my order. I thought they would at least know that. The guy sounded like my phone should have shipped and was asking me all these questions about did I accept the terms, did I get any other emails, etc. amazing, lol

I got the exact same ****. The dude was like you need to accept the terms and conditions and then hung up on me and then 1 day later they shipped my phone. They don't have a ****ing clue. Pay money sometime = phone.

I have called Verizon about 4 times today for various reasons regarding my order, I am getting all kinds of crazy info, some from reps, some from supervisors, some from the fraud dept. They are straight up saying that they did not get enough 16gb 6 pluses and a lot of people got pushed out to late October shipping, the problem is I have seen others on this thread with higher order numbers than mine (111XXX) with the same phone color and GB getting their shipping and tracking info for Sept 19th dates how is that possible then??

iPhone 6+ 128GB Space Gray Location: N215401 Ordered within the first 30 minutes of the pre-order on September 12th. Order Number: 835xx. No charge to the CC, no updated shipping information (Expected Ship Date: Not available at this time.). I checked with Internet Orders and the CS rep told me that the Space Gray was in high demand and mentioned the 10/14 date. Even though when ordering the date was 9/19 and the e-mail confirmation had a 9/19 deliver by date. I am switching from AT&T to Verizon and this has been an interesting experience. I hope that I do get the phone this Friday as promised. I would have ordered directly from Apple but their site wasn't accepting orders at 3am ET, so I took a chance and ordered through Verizon. Ugh.
