VZW Order Status Thread

Here's the way I see it: ALMOST no one that has ordered a 6 plus 128 GB has shipped (At least according to all the people who have posted on this thread). There's no way all of us would randomly not get ours on the target date. If there was some manufacturing error, Apple and Verizon would have known about it before they said 9/19 shipping date for our phones. I have a good feeling about seeing something change tomorrow. My 128GB 6 plus (gold) shipping notice came Mon morning, and it looks like everything is on track (UPS now shows tracking info, CC charged, etc).

I think it has something to do with color. Maybe the gold one is less popular or something. I think in the absence of other information, if you're just sitting on an email confirmation, and nothing else bad has happened (like a cancellation or some weird fraud/credit review notice or whatever) then you should think positively and presume it's going to work out!

After telling my story again she offered to "escalate" my order because it wasn't my fault that I was getting that ecpd profile error or whatever it was. She said she would call me back tomorrow with an update.

That was about 2 hours ago. I just checked my order status and it has changed to:

"Status: Your order is currently being processed. Please check back tomorrow."

This makes me very happy as I hadn't even seen a charge go through on my card yet. I have co workers that ordered the same device 30 minutes after me and they already have tracking numbers. Hopefully a sign of good things to come.

So for those of you that received that error, try calling and pleading your case.

who told you 9/19? What date did your confirmation email have?
 
been lurking since this weekend but thought I would post since nobody has gotten much info on the 6 plus 128gb. I ordered a silver 6 plus 128gb just after 2 am cst with a 9/19 delivery date and location code M722801.

I just got a text that my payment went through and finally got an update on the order status page to "my order is being processed, check back tomorrow." No tracking info yet.

Daly City here, also 6+ 128GB Space Grey! WOOOOOOOOOOOO!! Was getting nervous hearing about everybody getting shipping notifications and here I sat with nothing but my order confirmation.
 
No luck here so far lol

Ordered cancelled a second time. Again, for no reason.

Going on hour number 3 today on Verizon CS line.
 
Mine just changed from "your order is in process" to "your order is in process. payment not taken yet." on the vzw status check page. However, on the other vzw status check page where you enter your order number and ace location, I now have a Fedex tracking number that does not work. This vzw page says that my ship date was 9/15 and that it will deliver by 11/4?! I preordered the 6 plus 128 gb space grey before 3:10 EST. Order was cancelled for no reason by Verizon and replaced by a rep over the phone "with priority" so that I would still get it by my original deliver by date of 9/19. Anyone else seeing this? Edit: It is also now finally showing up in my orders on My Verizon.
 
Looks like my 128GB + SG has also been "sent for processing". I'm in Oregon with location code W779201. Ordered at around ~12:03AM on the 12th.

Never got an email or anything, but refreshed my status and saw it was cancelled. So I called, and the CS Rep told me it was my fault for canceling and that I should "try again and hope for the best".

I never initiated that cancellation. She insisted it was my fault and that there was nothing she could do. Ugh

I believe that makes you and 2 others. Please provide details - which phone you ordered, why they cancelled, how they notified you.

Besides from this random cancellation which may be for good reason, it looks like the gears are turning!

Website showed 9/19 on the final page once ordered. Email said 10/14. I called for clarification on Friday and again on Sunday and was told both times I was 9/19. But I called again today bc my card hadn't been charged and the woman told me she has no idea why I was ever told 9/19 and Ipthe website was just an estimate.

The issue is that my order should have been in very early but was almost 30-40 minutes late bc of the error. Then, even though my email confirmation was around 3:45, Verizon said they didn't have their order hit the system until almost 7:00 bc of all the ecpd errors.

Well, I hope you get good news too. My order number was 105,*** in at about 12:06 on the 12th. I sure hope it gets here by Friday, but I'm glad there's been movement.

Same here! 128GB 6+ Silver, with email confirmation at 3:00AM ET. I'm in NJ. I logged into verizonwireless.com and now I see my order! :D Also, my credit card has a pending charge in the full amount.

Placed an Early Edge upgrade order for another iPhone 6, Silver, 64 GB this afternoon. VZW site said 10/21 delivery, but the status already says "Your order is processing. Your shipping details will be available soon."
 
I pre-ordered a 6+ space grey 128GB unit last friday, a little after midnight. Haven't received anything more than an initial pre-order email confirming my reservation with a delivery on the 19th. I just checked the status of my order and am now being told to check back tomorrow. My CC was just charged too for the full amount. Here's hoping I get my new iphone by friday! By the way, I am in SF if anyone was curious about location. I see others from the Bay are receiving the same news. Looks like the Bay is getting some love :p
 
My older was placed on hold. If I call them today. And they Unhold it. Do I still get my phone friday
 
Been lurking for a while and finally decided to post.

I placed my order with Verizon for two 6 Plus 128GB around 12:15 AM PDT and received a confirmation email about an hour later on 9/12 which stated for delivery on 9/19. Up until 15 minutes ago all the Order Status stated was it was "received and in process". The status of my order finally changed to "Your order is currently being processed. Please check back tomorrow" and my credit card is showing a temporary charge for the order amount.

All good signs that everything is progressing as expected. :D

Just charged for my order of a space grey 6+ 128gb and a 6 of the same specs. In San Francisco.

Just charged the full amount to my CC. Order now shows up in MyVerizon. Tells me to check back tomorrow. Positive progress!
 
VZW Order Status Thread

My iPhone 6+128 GB space gray model is now saying:

Status: Your order is currently being processed. Please check back tomorrow.

That is new (the check tomorrow part). No CC charge yet though...

Edit: the receipt now shows up in my Verizon even though my credit card website doesn't show the payment yet. Maybe there is a slight delay but it looks like it was charged.

Finally! Some progress on the space gray 128 plus! Still no charge on my card, but at least it is finally showing in My Verizon and has a Fedex Link (although it's showing an invalid tracking number). Here's to hoping for a Friday delivery!
