9/12 -- 3:05 am - I had my 6+ 64 gb gold phone ordered.
My confirmation email arrived at 4:15 am showing a 9/19 delivery.
Friday 9/12 through Sunday night 9/14 no more emails and when I checked my order status through the original email link (using the preorder confirmation number), it said my order was processed but shipping information was not available at this time. It stayed that way until Sunday night. When I went on MyVerizon, it said I had no orders.
Sunday night I checked MyVerizon again and my order showed up but no real details. Monday morning I checked again and it said my order was placed 9/14, gave me a UPS tracking number, said it will be shipped 9/18 via UPS 2nd Day Air 4PM. A bit screwed up on the dates. When I clicked the link for complete order details it showed my correct order date of 9/12 and the same info above.
I got a shipment notification email Monday at noon that showed a delivery date of 9/19 via UPS. When I clicked on the tracking numbers it said it was invalid/no record of that tracking number. I checked MyVerizon, order details, and it had changed to UPS 2 BUS DAY SVC BY EOD with a Shipment Date: 09/14/2014 and Status: Your order has been shipped. A few hours later I checked MyVerizon again and it said I had no orders. It came back later that night.
Today (9/16) I clicked on the tracking number around 11:00 am and it changed to a shipping label has been created and now shows shipping via UPS Next Day Air Saver. Shipping/billing date is 9/18.
