VZW Order Status Thread

I took the chance and cancelled my preorder this morning while purchasing my Iphone 6+ 64gb. 10:11hrs this morning I'm walking out of the apple store with my new phone. 3 others behind me also walked out with new 6+'s so their out there. I will never do the Pre order fiasco again. Just wit a couple of days after the launch and just buy one.

I hear you. Exact same thing happened to me. Very frustrating, but I did not give up my hope to get a 6+ 128 SG...

Same here, for my Wife's phone. But I ordered on 9/12.
 
I never cancelled my preorder because my hubby decided he wanted an iPhone. The expected ship date was 10/10. Just checked and now it says it's been sent for processing. Looks like they are sending them out well before the estimated date they had.

Congrats! Did you just go to an Apple store before they opened and take a chance if they might have one? Or did you locate one through the online reservation system?
 
It was for the 16gb gold plus. Location is D771901
I took a chance and waited hours in line at the Verizon store and got one on launch day but if I knew it would of shipped soon after launch day I would of waited instead of standing in line for hours..lol

QUESTION:
How many of you that had your phone delivered by VERIZON between today and the 19th, walked into VZW to do the old iPhone trade in for $200??? AND had you already filled out the trade in info online?

Wish I could do the same thing but the closest Apple Store is 2 hours away from me!!
 
Shipping Date of 10/3

If I am not mistaken, there were a lot of us who received a delivery date of 10/7, which changed to a ship date of 10/3. I was just wondering if anyone that is in this bucket, who pre-ordered the 6+ 64GB SG, has seen any movement since? I am still showing 10/3, however was hoping that maybe the date may end up moving up a bit more.

I ordered at about 45-50 minutes after ordering began (gave up on Apple site to go live), so at the time I was thinking that being in the first hour or so that there was no way that it would take into October, but obviously it appears that I was wrong. Maybe, just maybe, we will see some good news over the next couple of days.

Ordered at 6:30am EST on 9/12. Received the 10/7 email and then the other day got the 4 day jump to 10/3. No movement since.

On My Verizon I still get the "we are experiencing errors" message.

My Documents and Receipts has my new EDGE contract conditions on it (I had never done EDGE before and chose the option when purchasing the phone).

Verizon order status now shows ship date pushed to October 10th.

Frustration has set in!

Ah oh... That does not make me feel very good. I hope your date changes back and the rest of us don't start to see ship dates slip...

I was exactly in this boat but just got my shipping notification today. See post 6193. It's for 2 new lines of service so don't know if that makes a difference, but they shipped my 6 & 6+ today.

Good luck to everyone else with the 10/3 date that yours will ship soon.
 
Hi, I've been lurking the forums since the 12th and decided to sign up and post. I pre-ordered within twenty minutes on the 12th but received confirmation closer to 5am with a 10/7 date. Order number was 14#### and location D771101.

Date changed like most of you to 10/3 last week however my card was charged today for the full amount of the phone. The order status page has also changed to a grid format but without a tracking number yet.
