I chose "Bill to account" now I'm worried because I don't think I have a credit card set up for my account, only my bank account.

I ordered 3 phones that totaled almost $900. I was able to put $450 (Max) on my VZW Bill and the additional $395 was billed to the cc I gave her while ordering. My cc was billed last night for the $395
That's the problem with VZW. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Not one person over there can give you the same answer as another. If your account was billed for $450 or less, you're just fine. No need to worry.
They'll allow you to Bill to account if you're in good standing.

I know right. I spoke with the verizon chat service last night and the woman told me it wasnt possible to do bill to account on preorders blah blah blah and copying pasting my email confirmation wasnt good enough to prove to her I did it.So today I called them and they told me to disregard everything she said they dont know why she said that and my account is showing $427 was billed to my account for 6+ 64gb gold.
 
Super thrilled last night when my credit card got charged and my status on the VZW website changed, but 14 hours later, and I'm still waiting for tracking info. They must be bogged down trying to process these orders....
 
For those with Business orders...

Ordered (5) Phones (2 6's and 3 pluses) on the 12th @ midnight.

The (2) 6's came on release day.

The (3) 6 Pluses (2 @ 64gb and 1 @ 128gb) (all space gray) were supposed to ship by 10/7.

The (2) 6 Pluse @ 64 are now saying "Your order has been processed and will be shipped based on inventory availability and shipping method. You will receive shipment notification and tracking details via email."

The 128 Plus still says this (which has been since it ordered) "This order is for a product not currently available in our warehouses. When we receive the inventory, we will process payment and ship it immediately. You will receive notification when this occurs."

Also all (3) this AM said the same thing as the 128 Plus, so something has changed.
 
Still stuck at 10/10 with no updates, no CC charge, nothing. This is becoming very frustrating, seriously considering cancelling pre order and just walking into my apple store and getting a regular 6.

Technically yes we did! But we had them just apply them toward our phone bill so we really only got a receipt showing the $0 balance on our cards lol. They just did it for us so it was easy. My Mother in law did her trade in yesterday and they gave her a gift card right then and there, and she walked over to the payment kiosk and just applied the gift card herself to her account. So yes they give it to you right then and there!

Damn right. This is ridiculous. I don't want to have to do a credit check again though. I'm switching over from AT&T.

Completed order 6+, Space Grey, 64GB at 3:20-3:25am (EST) on 9/12.

Expected Ship Date: web site order said 9/19 then email conf. said 10/7 then on Monday Iconic site changed to 10/3. Now Iconic showing "Your order has been sent for processing." The standard order status site now shows the ACE# with an empty tracking # field (showed 10/3 previously as well).

Yesterday noticed that "My Verizon Order Status" now shows the iPhone/sim order and order date as 9/23.

Also, noticed yesterday that my "Documents&Receipts" now show the order invoice linked to the line's phone #.

As of yesterday my CC also is showing a pending charge for the full amount instead of $1.

Not sure exactly when these changed yesterday but no other updates since then.

I know a lot of emphasis has been placed on order number by some people, but I can assure you it has nothing to do with when you'll get your phone. I went through a friend of mine who owns a 3rd party Verizon store, and he didn't place the order until about 9:45am CST on 9/12. The order is for (1) Gold 128GB 6+ and (1) Space Gray 128GB 6+. Order number is 20** and order location is N784101. My confirmation email had a deliver by date of 10/21, and that came in 4 days to 10/17 when everyone else's did. I am porting my numbers over from AT&T, so I'm new to Verizon. I'm hoping that the orders ship 10 days sooner like some have speculated. At the moment, I still show "We received your order and it is in process." Will update if I see any changes!
 
My preorder check now gives me only my order number (which I already had), so I logged in and checked and now it shows:

Product Name: Apple® iPhone® 6 Plus 128GB in Space Gray
Status: Your order is currently being processed. Please check back later.

I guess this is a good sign?

I think that the order number is tied to the order location because my order number is in the 2 millions but my card was just charged. Everyone else that is have seen with my location number also has an order number in the 2 millions.
 
6+ 64GB SG, 9/12 6:30AM order time

I must be a glutton for punishment, but with the changes to my order status screen I thought I'd call 611 and give it a shot for more info as it seems a lot of 10/3ers are seeing movement.

Of course, the rep told me that they won't be shipping mine until 10/7 and I wouldn't get a tracking number until that week.

Doesn't change my optimism at all as I am banking on getting it earlier, but for those of you with "blank" orders on your order status screens there is no need for concern... she told me my order was fine on their end.
 
Hello,

Those who ordered on Sept 12 and have early-late Oct ship have hope. I was caught up on the "Error Retrieving ECPD data" mess on VZW and couldn't pre-order until 5:10 AM on Sept 12, a 128 GB 6 Plus Gold. My ship date was Oct 7, then changed to Oct 3.

To my surprise, my card was charged on Sept 23, and believe it, the phone has shipped. Tracking # was supplied, and the phone is sitting in Memphis, for Friday delivery.

There is hope for those still waiting for an earlier delivery. :)
 
Finally.. CC charged, and status changed! tonight :)

Preordered a 128 GB 6+ SPG on 9/12 around 2:15 am (CST). The order conf. on screen had showed 9/19 delivery, but the conf. email had a date 10/7. Then for a week of agony with no dates, then showed up 10/14. During the weekend moved up to 10/10. Today 9/23 got a CC charge and status change, no tracking info yet.

I think that the order number is tied to the order location because my order number is in the 2 millions but my card was just charged. Everyone else that is have seen with my location number also has an order number in the 2 millions.


Wow, my order number is in the 7 millions!!!!!

But, my ship by date is 10/3.

I have a HIGH order number but close ship date. Makes no sense.

My location number is W327701.

Gold plus 64 GB
 
My shipping date has been stuck at 10/3 since ordering, however there is a caveat. I originally pre-ordered a 6+ and my shipping date moved from 10/28 to 10/24 (with a stop at 10/21 in-between). A couple days ago I called Verizon and had them change my order from a 6+ to a 6. And the regular 6 order has been stuck at 10/3 from the moment of change. First world problems, eh?
