VZW Order Status Thread

Funny.. my package is coming from West Chester and being delivered to Rochester NY. Service: FedEx Standard Overnight
It does say Future delivery requested, but my delivery estimation is still Thur 9/18/2014 by 8:00 pm
Obviously we are not supposed to receive these iphones before the 19th. Guess we will just have to wait and see if it is really going to arrive on the 18th.
 
Space gray. 64GB Iphone 6. Ordered at 3:46 am. Got a Verizon email today, showing my FedEX tracking number. Picked up in WestChester Pa. Delivery by 9/18 at 8pm. ( Someone said that Apple puts a hold on deliveries until 9/19)

You guys aren't alone. Many of is are seeing the same. Then again it depends on WHEN you placed the order and where the phone originated from and where it's going.

I have a feeling those who are in major metropolitan area such as LA won't see them updated until next week.

Give it time ppl, it's the weekend and don't let this ruin it. Go enjoy a BBQ or something, except if you are in SoCal, don't because we have multiple forest fire burning at the moment.

Fedex Status says "Indirect Signature Requires". Does this mean that the package can or can't be picked up at the local Fedex Office or a local Fedex Store? Shipping address is my home and nobody will be there during the day
but the local office & a retail location is close to my office. Thanks.

I'm in this situation too. I ordered 6+ 64gb my confirmation email says 9/19 but it hasn't shipped or charged yet. I live real close to west Chester, pa so hoping they maybe they're just waiting since it won't take as long to get to my house.

And I made my order around 3:14 am est so I'm assuming the delivery date should stay the same.
 
$1.00 charge to my CC

ordered my phone like 3:15am..got email saying 9/19 delivery..paid full retail at checkout..order status says in process no details on delivery date..checked CC and there is a pending $1.00 charge like a test charge but no $849 charge?...any ideas?

Pretty sure they'll have to make a delivery attempt and then leave a note on your door for you to pick it up at night if you want.

Order Location: 0862001

Even the Verizon rep couldn't believe it didn't begin with a letter. She had to verify my order via my SSN.

Same here, seems like the deliveries from West Chester are getting a 9/18 delivery estimation.
 
Those that have been getting shipping confirmations, are your reference numbers listed yet? Any format they're using this time around specifically? In the past it's been LOCATION_ORDERNUMBER, with ORDERNUMBER being 9 digits (zeros filling in before the VZW order number to get it to that length).

May help those of us without shipment notices yet track down the orders in the channel, if they're in that stage of the process.

aah i ordered a 6+ gold 128 too!! i thought i was alone ha... mine was within like 5 minutes or so. i wanted to look into edge but i had no time also i was due for an upgrade. i was actually due for an upgrade on 9/21 but they moved it up earlier.

I actually spoke to FedEx last week about a monitor I ordered from Korea with Indirect Signature required. They told me for indirect signature, I could leave a handwritten note with the tracking number, my name, address and signature. I just printed out this form I found online and they accepted it with the tracking page indicating "Signature on File."

Purchased iPhone 6 64g Silver for wife.

Also purchased iPhone 6+ Space Grey through app store on phone and current status is Preparing for Shipment Delivers: 9/19 by Standard Shipping.
