Yep, I think the deliver-by date increments based on the # of orders for that product and is NOT a realtime reflection of inventory.

I.E. - orders 1-1000: 9/12
1001-50000: 9/19
50001-120000: 9/26

etc.

or something along those lines... as they say, "patience is a virtue"reg

I'm around 1,200,000 and my delivery date and ship date are 9/19.

I've got two 128GB iPhone 6+ that have order times of around 11:50PM PDT and both e-mail confirmations have time stamps of 12:00 AM and 12:08AM PDT. Both have the "Order Status: We received your order and it is in process" and both have NOT been charged to my credit card.

All this leads me to believe that they are processing the 128GB 6+'s LAST!

I think I have a very valid point to be concerned. Email says 9/19, order status says 10/14.

Reason I'm upset/concerned is that I could have ordered through Apple and picked up in 19th.

Yes I'm still getting a phone, but don't want to have stayed up so late for nothing.

All opinion, but I think the one month discrepancy is a valid point

Yeah I ordered the 128GB+ and I'm fearing that this particular configuration is having some fulfillment issues. I've seen +'s at the two smaller capacities get shipping notification.
 
Shipped! iPhone 6 Space Gray 128gb

Ordered at 12:40 AM Pacific Friday 9/12 with a delivery date of 9/19 from Verizon website.

Now shipped with FedEx tracking number. "picked up" in Memphis. Est. delivery 9/19

I'm in the same boat as you. Just waiting for any updates. Not stressed but just really excited. Plus people who say you will get it by the date on your email confirmation aren't totally right. My confirmation says 9/12. Lol

They processed my 64GB 6+ after my 16GB 6+ even though the 64 was ordered first...
 
VZW Order Status Thread

Ordered a 6 plus at 1:58am cst (11:58 am PST). No shipment info yet.
 
I ordered a IP6 Gold for my GF, and a IP6+ in grey for myself. IP6 at around 3:15 and IP6+ at around 3:30am.

Got the tracking number for the IP6 for delivery on Friday.

IP6+ said 10/7 delivery date on the confirmation order. Based on previous ordering experience is there a chance i get it early?? or is the 10/7 pretty much where its at? checking the order status now just says processing. Also looks like Verizon charged me 1 dollar on my AMEX...no clue why.
 
I got my order in at 303am est, actually added it to cart earlier than that.. Email shows 9/19 delivery by, website said 10/7, but now just says delivery date not available at this time. Still not charged for it and no tracking number saturday night. Id feel much better if i was charged at least. My birthday is the 18th so this is my gift to myself and am anxiously awaiting a tracking number

If your confirmation email says the 19th then you will get it on that day. But I understand your frustration

That is what I am thinking, but no one knows with 100% certainty, not even Verizon. So those people saying we will get on 19th, you truly do not know for certain, even based on past experiences
 
So my card was charged a few minutes ago. I just looked at my Verizon account and on the "upgrade Device" section, it says I have two new devices waiting to be activated. :) I don't have a tracking number yet but it appears that my phones are allocated and being shipped!
 
Hello Drew888 I know exactly how you are feeling. I ordered 128gb grey iphone 6 plus on September 12. I was done with my order at 3:01 eastern time. My confirmation email said the phone delivers on 9/19. But yesterday when I checked the tracking info it said the phones delivers by 10/14. Today that date went away and all it says is: we received your order and it's in process. I have a authorization charge on my card and that's it. It's safe to say I am really nervous too. Everyone keeps saying it's only a phone. Blah blah I've waited for this phone for years ever since I had a note 2 and didn't like it. Then to stay up all night and place a order. So yes, it's only a phone but it's still a big deal and I feel your pain. I hope we get out phones on release day.

My wife just got off the phone and customer service told her the phone is gong to be here by 9/19. She also said the plus sold out in 5 minutes, not sure if that's true or not.

WHOOT! FedEx has my shiny lovely new phone (64g 6 in gold) I'm having it delivered to work since no one would be home to sign for it... Trouble is, fedex tracking says "deliver by 8pm" I'm a teacher, school clearly is closed by then. They'll know enough to deliver it during school hours, right. I mean, this clearly won't be the first time the fedex driver has been to my school. (Dumb freaking out fangirl question... Just need reassurance from strangers on the internet)

Don't worry, business deliveries from carriers are supposed to be completed by 5:00.
