I ordered on the 12th later in the day till i figured out how the trade in program would work. I have a date of no later than 10/7. Hoping it will be sooner since i also signed up for the trade in, which doesn't give me a lot of time to ship it to them.
 
My order isn't appearing when I go to My Verizon, but it does show up as "processing" when I enter my order number when logging in. BUT, it doesn't seem to matter if I enter a random last name. :confused:
 
Order still says processing by Verizon with expected ship date of 9/19. Checked my verizon account and both lines I upgraded state that I have devices recently purchased that need to be activated. That's at least some confirmation my orders are rolling through the system.
 
Yeah I ordered the 128GB+ and I'm fearing that this particular configuration is having some fulfillment issues. I've seen +'s at the two smaller capacities get shipping notification.

yeah that's the only thing I'm a little worried about, i just want ONE from verizon charged and i can relax

i know the whole "if you got confirmation" thing, but i haven't seen one verizon 128+ shipped or charged yet. Seems weird to only not process that one single model when they are processing all the rest.

just want to make sure this small feeling growing in my gut is wrong.
 
Got a tracking number for my 6 but not one for my 6+ even tho they already charged it. I should have it tomorrow. But my expected delivery for my 6 is 9/18. I know it's probably wrong but a man can only hope right
 
The verizon customer care reps are sooo bad. I called about my order and he simply said "it was out lost in cyber space somewhere" and he "couldn't tell me anything about the order until it ships".
 
So my card was charged a few minutes ago. I just looked at my Verizon account and on the "upgrade Device" section, it says I have two new devices waiting to be activated. :) I don't have a tracking number yet but it appears that my phones are allocated and being shipped!

Omg I just check that section and the line I ordered the phone one is grayed out saying that a new device is on it's way! I'm flipping out that it might finally charge tonight!

I think I may have made a bit of a boo boo. My Verizon account is listed as FirstName MaidenName MarriedName, but my credit card is listed as FirstName MarriedName. I allowed the system to auto-enter FirstName MaidenName MarriedName as the billing address. I've seen threads popping up here-and-there regarding orders being canceled for "fraud." I'm now trying to enter a different credit card to see if it'll let me update the billing address, but the system is "busy" and, of course, customer disservice isn't around. :(

I feel exactly the same way about my Verizon 6+128 GB order. Hopefully it's simply a matter of a big batch shipment of those not quite arriving yet, but being on the way. I assume that they charge fees and mark them as shipped once they arrive in their center. Hopefully the delay isn't something more serious.

Update from earlier. So it turns out...about 5 minutes after I got off the phone with this horrible verizon rep, they charged my credit card in full and my status changed to "your order has been sent for processing".

I ordered about 3pm in the afternoon on Friday. Weird??
 
Anyone with FedEx Tracking numbers, can you confirm the format of the reference number? Same as past? LocationCode_OrderNumber?

On fedex.com, my status doesn't show any reference numbers on the tracking page....???

On the order I have that has a tracking number I used the sequence you gave me as a reference number on fedex.com and it did NOT work.

There are a few of us on here that have 9/18 delivery dates. Myself included. You never know it could happen!
 
just as a short intro: i told myself i would stay off this website due to all the stress it caused me with the iPhone 5 preorder. i was worried sick because of everyone's problems/speculation. crazy enough, i got the phone on the release date with 0 problems and all that speculation was good for nothing..

BUT. I'm back (regrettably) and this time i am a bit worried.. when i preordered my 6+ 64gb at 2:57am, i had to use my debit card with a different name than the account owner. when entering card info, it states that the name on the card must be the same as the account owner. I'm almost positive this was the same scenario when i preordered my i5 and all was good, however i haven't gotten a $1.00 or $0.00 charge yet which is getting me anxious. i just want to get rid of this gs4 and move on -_-

anybody else enter a different name than the account owner but have signs that its okay?
 
If only I wasn't a new customer... Any tips for me? I'm stuck in the "We have received your order and is in process." And with no estimated delivery.

I don't know if you already got help on this - but I wasn't their customer either. Call this number: 1800-922-0204 and then from the menu press the number for checking your order. It will ask for your confirmation number and tells you if your order is shipped! :)
