VZW Order Status Thread

I don't think what I said made them change my status though.. I was calling to complain about different representatives told me different stories and blah blah blah.. That was basically it.
Unfortunately, I'm in a sober state right now.
I live in Southern California, however, I called VZW while in Canada. The person I spoke to on the phone was in Colorado Springs.
So glad you got your phone. I didn't know it shipped. I'm pissed that I got 3 different answers about my order not showing in my vzw page. Congrats on the phone. 
If all I knew was my original ship date, I think I'd be more patient.
But then I look at the Googledoc spreadsheet & I let myself feel a little encouraged.. & I hear others getting their phones early.. I start to think I'm next.. but then I update my iconic look-up & its still the same original information over and over.. waiting isn't easy, huh?

Still waiting here. No movement whatsoever. 6+ 16 SG, ordered on 9/12 at 11AM. Since I'm a biz client my order status simply says "PRE".
Urgh.

Yeah I know that's really annoying... I was so frustrated that I was almost going to yell at the guy who was helping me from Verizon..

Oh yw. I will when it gets here. They said my order is all good, but it won't show until 10-14 days before ship date in notifications. Then I hear youwont see it in documents or my orders till it ships because its edge and I didn't pay anything up front. Just shoot it to me straight. And now no overnight shipping. They advertised it.
Yeah it won't show in your oder history until it's actually shipped and it was definitely not overnight shipping for mine. -.-
Gotcha. Ty. 2 day air? I would see if they would be wiling to give you a bill credit since it clearly stated overnight. Either way, congrats on the phone. I can't wait to get mine.

Due to me getting my phone before a few others that ordered the exact model and capacity as mine BEFORE I did on the 12th (those that ordered before 7PM PT), it did come across my mind that maybe when I emailed that business email that was provided on here, that that expedited my order.
They wrote me back kindly saying they would not be able to assist me because the email provided on this forum is not the Verizon distribution center #, but their business account center and alerted me that they only assist business accts. They replied back to me Sept 29th, my status was changed to shipped either late Oct 1st or Oct 2nd.
Not saying that it worked but it did cross my mind. Maybe this goes along with the squeaky wheel gets the grease theory....?
Mine is no longer in recent orders it shows in my order history now does that mean it's shipping soon? No tracking info just shows phone info

I to emailed them with the same reply back and me and a few others ordered different models but same day and time 9/15 8am my order shows in my order history now and not my recent orders no tracking yet but is that a sign of shipping to come today?
The biggest sign I got that my phone was about to ship is when I searched on iconic and my estimated ship date was now blank.
My Verizon Orders never really gave me indication on WHEN I would get shipping info.
That and then the backend of Iconic Changed and basically let me know it was on it's way from China but not exactly in Memphis yet.
You won't get actual shipping until your phone has been processed through the Memphis hub.
I also want to add that I think most of the phones coming from China have already been assigned to accounts and that the people that these phones have been assigned to receive a "your order is processing"...And don't get shipping info until its ready to be moved out of Memphis. does that make sense? So basically Verizon knows who is getting the phones the moment theyre flying in from China before u get ur shipping info
